The spells I've seen him use from memory were used to counter other spells or escape from magical traps. The kind of magic you'd expect Batman to learn. He has sought help from Zatanna or Constantine when he has needed specific spells for specific circumstances, but those are one-time events. He'll also seek help, mostly from Zatanna, when he needs to find, identify, or counter magical items.

Okay, so there's a little more to that then how you phrased it. Canonically, Bruce can't be a Green Lantern, because of how the green power ring works. See, it doesn't just use any old willpower, it's very specific. It's specifically the will to overcome great fear. And while Batman is absolutely determined, and terrifying, he can't overcome great fear. He's defined by his fear. The entire reason the Batman exists, is because he has never gotten over the fear of his parents' deaths. It still haunts him, controls his actions and decisions, the fear and trauma from that event is who he is. And that's why he can't be a Green Lantern. Because he can't overcome the fear of being an 8 year old boy watching his parents being gunned down in an alley.
The one thing about Batman, as with Superman, is it's actually hard to conceal your identity. Like, Superman wears glasses, and he's suddenly Clark Kent. Batman is in better shape than an Olympian; does no one look at Bruce Wayne and be like, "Bruh, you're... super buff, dude."
at least with Bruce, rich playboys have all the access in the world to personal trainers and dietitians, and it's conceivable he just likes being swole. With Clark Kent, he can't really hide his superhuman strength. What happens if something really heavy falls on his foot? Does he have to fake like it hurt as much as it would hurt a human?

Bruce Wayne acts like a spoiled rich boy when around "smart" politicians and the like. When he runs his company he does the bare minimum in front of anyone and lets his "people" make most of the decisions in business practices unless he is specifically interested in either the clients or tech the company is handling at the moment (like deals with LexCorp, the Government or Space Exploration). There are also times when Bruce somewhat breaks "character" in public, like when saving random people from getting run over or crushed, then there's the time when he went to Jury Duty to personally try and get Mr. Freeze acquitted for a crime Batman had wrongfully pinned on him. Clark only has to hide his well built alien physiology under a loose fitting suit, his stance slightly slouched and act somewhat awkward and clumsy around people. There's also his slight tactile psychic abilities where he can project a sort of aura that tells people near him that it is impossible for him to be Superman. There's also the fact that Clark has built up several mental blocks that "keeps him human" for lack of a better term, specifically his need to eat as he can subsist with only Yellow Sun Energy for long periods of time and that he keeps himself in check when touching anything (like in the JL Unlimited series finale where he fights a resurrected Darkseid he commented that "everyday is like walking on eggshells" but with Darkseid, he can finally cut loose)
Fun fact, there are comics where someone tells one of Superman's villians "hey, Clark Kent is Superman" and the villian goes "I already know. But do you think he's any less super when he's not wearing the suit?" Pretty much, he does the Clark Kent thing to feel human, because that's something he enjoys. He doesn't really need to exist as Clark Kent, he just wants to.

One of the best examples of Batman's level of intimidation: The whole Justice League is trying to get Deadshot to confess who hired him. He refuses. Batman takes him aside and whispers to him for a second and he sings like a bird. Green Arrow asks Superman (who obviously overheard) what Batman said and Superman was all 'You don't want to know.' Batman is more frightening than the whole Justice League.

In the animated movies, Batman's willpower was actually great enough swipe off Hal Jordan's finger when it was in use. This is supposed to be impossible because of security precautions placed on the ring bind it to the body when ones will is being fed through it.
A friend of mine once asked the old question of "How come nobody knows Clark Kent is Superman, just coz he wears glasses?" My reply is- Yes, there is _a lot_ of dramatic license and the reader making allowances to make it work, but there are other considerations, like his posture and behaviour (see that scene in _Superman: The Movie_ after he and Lois go flying, where Christopher Reeve changes character before our eyes by just changing his stance). Also, imagine seeing someone like Lady Gaga in public without their stage get-up, just wearing jeans and a t-shirt, you'd probably not give her a second glance. Not only that, but Samuel L Jackson has often said that he goes on public transport and nobody realises that it's him. Unlike most superheroes, Superman doesn't wear a mask. In universe, people _know_ Batman has a secret identity because he hides his face, but as far as they know Superman is Superman 24/7. Finally I said to my friend. So, in the 90s show there's a part where Batman is searching a room, some goon opens the door, they have a stair off and he leaves. Then well walking away he tells another guy it was nothing.
I love that Batman is described as being "at the human peak in terms of reflexes and running speed" thus being capable of prowesses in these domains that are clearly far away from the human range. But, somehow, it is also mentioned that he stayed 80 hours in a row awake as if it is remotely on par with the other claims. I have once stayed awake for twice as long and was definitely not at the human peak of anything.

Batman actually only learned magic so that he could figure out how to combat it, if he ever had too. Sadly in almost every animated cartoon they almost always show batman when being faced with a magical problem, immediately go and find a magic based hero to help him solve the problem.

There is a scene in I think Batman the Animated Series where Batman breaks into a building and as he's getting up a patrolling guard/bodyguard opens the door to the room Batman is in to check if anyone's in there and when sees Batman he just closes the door and you hear someone yelling at him if there's anyone in the room where Batman is and he just answers 'No' and leaves.

6:40 I think there's a headcanon that some of the smartest villains did figure out who Clark Kent is and who is family is but they realize that if they went after Superman's family they would really be nothing holding him back from just murdering them.
Superman has the Phantom Zone Projector so he doesn't even have to kill them to get rid of them. Plus, I don't think Superman even _has_ a no-kill rule like Batman does, he just doesn't think it's necessary the vast majority of the time.
Joker subconcious refusing to accept the knowledge of who is under the mask is awesome I think. He is just so in love with batman, just the concept of him, that learning who is behind it scares him. Even though he kind of knows, cause Bruce even revealed himself to him once, but Joker refused to look at his face. Then, next time, even though he kidnapped Alfred, he still would rather jump off a cliff, than hearing Batman say his own name, totally destroying their game of identities.
Literally all it takes to figure out who most versions of Batman is, is just a decent amount of thought and a newspaper pic of his face. All anyone has to do is think of the following: - "oh, Batman uses a ton of custom-made bat-like gadgets and vehicles, he must be pretty rich to have some of those custom made or to have made/gotten that body armor" - "Wow, to keep up that lifestyle of beating up criminals, Batman must be either a decently young adult or really physically fit" - "Most sitings and incidents Batman's been involved in take place in Gotham, so he must live in Gotham" And from that point it's really fucking easy even without going into the motivation someone would have for being Batman, because 99% of Gotham's high society are older and not physically fit, or are women. Like, in fact, I'm fairly certain that the only 3 individuals on most DC earths who match the first 2 criteria are Bruce Wayne Oliver Queen, and Lex Luthor, and Lex is a known supervillain while Oliver almost always has that Goatee and is rarely without it, while any pics of Batman's face has him clean-shaven or not having visible facial hair.

If everyone knows that Clark Kent is Superman he can't really be just Clark Kent and live his life any longer (he'll just be treated as Superman with glasses). For that bit about "magic" being listed beneath skills and abilities, it's most likely there due to the fact that he mastered escape artistry and other sleight of hand+magic tricks underneath Zatanna's father, who does use actual magic, so Bruce probably unknowingly picked up some legitimate magic tricks that actually use actual mystical energies from Zatanna's dad

Okay, so there's a little more to that then how you phrased it.
Canonically, Bruce can't be a Green Lantern, because of how the green power ring works. See, it doesn't just use any old willpower, it's very specific. It's specifically the will to overcome great fear. And while Batman is absolutely determined, and terrifying, he can't overcome great fear. He's defined by his fear. The entire reason the Batman exists, is because he has never gotten over the fear of his parents' deaths. It still haunts him, controls his actions and decisions, the fear and trauma from that event is who he is.
And that's why he can't be a Green Lantern. Because he can't overcome the fear of being an 8 year old boy watching his parents being gunned down in an alley.

The one thing about Batman, as with Superman, is it's actually hard to conceal your identity. Like, Superman wears glasses, and he's suddenly Clark Kent. Batman is in better shape than an Olympian; does no one look at Bruce Wayne and be like, "Bruh, you're... super buff, dude."
at least with Bruce, rich playboys have all the access in the world to personal trainers and dietitians, and it's conceivable he just likes being swole. With Clark Kent, he can't really hide his superhuman strength. What happens if something really heavy falls on his foot? Does he have to fake like it hurt as much as it would hurt a human?

Bruce Wayne acts like a spoiled rich boy when around "smart" politicians and the like. When he runs his company he does the bare minimum in front of anyone and lets his "people" make most of the decisions in business practices unless he is specifically interested in either the clients or tech the company is handling at the moment (like deals with LexCorp, the Government or Space Exploration).
There are also times when Bruce somewhat breaks "character" in public, like when saving random people from getting run over or crushed, then there's the time when he went to Jury Duty to personally try and get Mr. Freeze acquitted for a crime Batman had wrongfully pinned on him.
Clark only has to hide his well built alien physiology under a loose fitting suit, his stance slightly slouched and act somewhat awkward and clumsy around people. There's also his slight tactile psychic abilities where he can project a sort of aura that tells people near him that it is impossible for him to be Superman. There's also the fact that Clark has built up several mental blocks that "keeps him human" for lack of a better term, specifically his need to eat as he can subsist with only Yellow Sun Energy for long periods of time and that he keeps himself in check when touching anything (like in the JL Unlimited series finale where he fights a resurrected Darkseid he commented that "everyday is like walking on eggshells" but with Darkseid, he can finally cut loose)
Fun fact, there are comics where someone tells one of Superman's villians "hey, Clark Kent is Superman" and the villian goes "I already know. But do you think he's any less super when he's not wearing the suit?" Pretty much, he does the Clark Kent thing to feel human, because that's something he enjoys. He doesn't really need to exist as Clark Kent, he just wants to.

My reply is- Yes, there is _a lot_ of dramatic license and the reader making allowances to make it work, but there are other considerations, like his posture and behaviour (see that scene in _Superman: The Movie_ after he and Lois go flying, where Christopher Reeve changes character before our eyes by just changing his stance). Also, imagine seeing someone like Lady Gaga in public without their stage get-up, just wearing jeans and a t-shirt, you'd probably not give her a second glance. Not only that, but Samuel L Jackson has often said that he goes on public transport and nobody realises that it's him.
Unlike most superheroes, Superman doesn't wear a mask. In universe, people _know_ Batman has a secret identity because he hides his face, but as far as they know Superman is Superman 24/7.

But, somehow, it is also mentioned that he stayed 80 hours in a row awake as if it is remotely on par with the other claims.

I'll repeat myself, the highest level of black belts possible for over 100 different martial arts, BEFORE he even STARTED being Batman! Most people would only be able to get 2-5 black belts throughout their entire lifetime, while he got 100s of them in under 20 years! That not only goes to show his extreme prowess at fighting, but also his ability to learn extremely quickly. Batman is a fast fucking learner.

Batman actually only learned magic so that he could figure out how to combat it, if he ever had too. Sadly in almost every animated cartoon they almost always show batman when being faced with a magical problem, immediately go and find a magic based hero to help him solve the problem.

Joker subconcious refusing to accept the knowledge of who is under the mask is awesome I think. He is just so in love with batman, just the concept of him, that learning who is behind it scares him. Even though he kind of knows, cause Bruce even revealed himself to him once, but Joker refused to look at his face. Then, next time, even though he kidnapped Alfred, he still would rather jump off a cliff, than hearing Batman say his own name, totally destroying their game of identities.
Literally all it takes to figure out who most versions of Batman is, is just a decent amount of thought and a newspaper pic of his face. All anyone has to do is think of the following:
- "oh, Batman uses a ton of custom-made bat-like gadgets and vehicles, he must be pretty rich to have some of those custom made or to have made/gotten that body armor"
- "Wow, to keep up that lifestyle of beating up criminals, Batman must be either a decently young adult or really physically fit"
- "Most sitings and incidents Batman's been involved in take place in Gotham, so he must live in Gotham"
And from that point it's really fucking easy even without going into the motivation someone would have for being Batman, because 99% of Gotham's high society are older and not physically fit, or are women. Like, in fact, I'm fairly certain that the only 3 individuals on most DC earths who match the first 2 criteria are Bruce Wayne Oliver Queen, and Lex Luthor, and Lex is a known supervillain while Oliver almost always has that Goatee and is rarely without it, while any pics of Batman's face has him clean-shaven or not having visible facial hair.
