Trying to find a new gaming chair and chose this video as a guide specifically because it looked so boring, turns out, that was a medically good choice. Now I am informed.

I can't seem to find any info on what to do if you over arch your back while sitting. The only way I can seem to hold myself up is by arching my back, and then within minutes I'm having screaming pain emanating from the muscles in my lower back. So all of these back supports to help you arch your back and not slouch aren't helping me. How do I sit comfortably without slouching and without straining my back so much to sit up straight?

Why is all furniture designed for people 6 feet tall? It’s literally impossible to find furniture that fits like this if you’re 5’4, which is average for a woman. I’m literally in the process of building my own desk because there are no other options.

where do you live? I'm 5'1" and never had a problem with furniture being too big lol

@@fernandacappucci8412 USA. Hips should be all the way back in the seat, support the back, and allow a 90' angle at the knee with feet flat on the floor

That's a pretty poor choice for a demo chair. As a PT I prefer
    something more adjustable
