Hi! Thank you for the video! I've been doing exercises with a physiotherapist and an OT during the 1st year of rehab, so I started to go to the gym and training at home without a therapist, only using your and other TH-cam therapists videos, I've implemented all the techniques and tips to my day life and I never stop recovering, I personally don't notice that but a lot of people that know my brain surgery and my recovery process tell me that I'm so good, almost 100%, but I'll never stop this journey to regain my physic and skills.

Looking at you transferring laundry makes me really grateful that I went with the 'top loader and hang on clothesline' option when my washing machine died a few years ago. I mostly swapped to using an airer post stroke, but I was able to use my top loader from the day I got out of hospital with left sided weakness ( and a bonus broken left arm).

I didn't have a stroke but have MS since age 28, now 73. Had a knee surgery last year and my MS kicked in and lost my ability to walk and function as normal as I was before my surgery. Have watched your videos along with my short term in- home therapy. On my own now so your videos are getting me past the feeling of being stuck. You have given me new pathways to feel more normal and functional. I knew I could do it just needed that extra knowledge. Thank you so much.

I'm using help of my tulpas, I have 4 of them and their activities in mindspace is like mental practice, and thanks to them today I was able to walk in my backyard on bumpy ground without cane or any support maintaining balance and speed.
