I absolutely LOVE my kindle! It was a wedding gift from my husband after we got married and I’m so thankful for it. Nothing beats a physical book but this is seriously the next best thing for anyone who loves to read ❤🥰

I’m one of those back and forth from Kindle to physical books girlie, but I absolutely LOVE my Kindle!! I believe we have the same one…. But it is such a game changer!! I recently read The Perfect Marriage by Jeneva Rose on Kindle Unlimited and that was such a good book!! Rated it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 stars!!
i was very hesitant about getting a kindle because i love reading from physical books but i have not regretted it at all! its like my favorite thing ever and i take it everywhere with me. i also think kindle unlimited is 100% worth it! i've read over 15 books (that i had wanted to read so bad for so long) with the membership that would have cost me well over $100 if i had bought them paperback. i also have a very cute strawberry case on it so it just makes me overall so happy.

I found your channel through your first kindle video, so it was really cool to see this and to see that you're liking the kindle! I've really enjoyed the Fine Print series by Lauren Asher so far on kindle! There's also a really great (but spicy) romance called Glitch by Briana Michaels that I HIGHLY recommend, I think that's my favorite off of kindle unlimited so far! I got my kindle in January and have not been able to put it down since, I just recently got back into physical books after only reading on my kindle for 6 months LOL. I love your videos

as someone who has limited space for a bunch of physical books in my home, my kindle is a gamechanger. I also have 8 GB and have never had issues with storage but I mainly read on Kindle Unlimited and just return the books when I'm done!

For me, the biggest pro of the kindle is the bookprices. I save so much money with my kindle. And I never have to wait to go to the bookstore to get the next book of a series, I can just download it on my kindle :)
You can also get free Audible downloads with some of the Kindle Unlimited options as long as you have the corresponding book checked out. I absolutely love this feature!
For me the BIGGEST pro of getting a Kindle is that a I can get English books more cheap.
Here in Brazil, English books are so expensive and sometimes I want to read a book that isn't released here yet and I can have it on kindle and don't have to wait until they released here (witch sometimes take a few mouths).
Like we don't have Fourth Wing here yet and I'm currently reading it on my Kindle ❤

This video was very timely. I was just talking to my husband on a flight back home today on how much I love traveling with my kindle and telling him all the benefits of it, and now he wants one too. But he reads a lot of comics, and a con for the kindle is that is not colored. For me, one big pro is the sync with Goodreads and all your highlights and when you start/finish a book stays on Goodreads, so I can always revisit them. 🥰

If anyone is curious. 8gb is about 6,000 books. If you read books with a lot of pictures then it will take up more space. But if you read normal novels then it’s gonna be thousands of books◡̈

this was very interesting. i've been saving alot of money by using the library, they don't have alot of the books i want to read. but i have still found some amazing books
i am so tempted to order a kindle, but, i think that the only con for me personally is the upfront cost although i hope it will save me money in the long run! there is also "better than the movies" by lynn painter on kindle unlimited which i haven't been able to get my hands on the physical copy of!!

I got a kindle for my birthday cause I had these books I wanted to get but we were shifting to another country so I was like 'should I get the books I wanted or should I get it when I shift? (There were 17 books plus the other 200 books laying on my bookshelf)'. Thats when my Dad gifted me a Kindle and since then, I've been hooked. I used to read Wattpad and I just loved reading the books on Wattpad sm that I used to read 45-50 books per month on Wattpad, that's when I got the Kindle Unlimited. I'm not kidding it's ligit worth the money. Sometimes, you don't get all the books you have on your reading list or you heard of and it does get annoying but the books on unlimited are great as well, you just need to have the time to go through it.
I actually went through all the books Alexa shared and I'm hooked. Thank you so much for the recommendations!!

I loved Serpent and the Wings of Night and The Ashes and the Star Cursed King. It’s a duology in a series that’s gonna be a total of six books, but the romance from book one is resolved in book two. There’s a major plot thread going through all the books that is a little bit of a cliffhanger in The Ashes and the Star Cursed King, but excellent fantasy very high action loved it.

I have had a Kindle for years - My First Kindle was a Kindle Fire HD 7. I used this to death and used Kindle Unlimited. A Few Years back for my Christmas - Birthday Present to myself I bought Kindle Fire HD 10. I love my Kindle. I had Kindle Unlimited for a long time but for the time being I have Unsubscribed to it due to Finances. One of these days I will Subscribe to it again. I do love Kindle Unlimited. I just can’t afford to have it right now.
I read my thicker books on my Kindle and books that have small print to them when I get them from my County Library. I still read Physical Books from my Library as well. I will read my Library Book - than I will read one of my Kindle Books that I have on my Kindle - than a Library Book.

I’ve had a kindle for a yr now so far I’ve read (all KU or was when I read) SITP trilogy, things we never got over, hopeless (not sure if still on KU), rock paper scissors, his & hers, darling venom (a 5 ⭐️ for me!), icebreaker, in a jam, a thousand boy kisses, Mary Jane, before the coffee gets cold, mindfck series, everything I know about love, the housemaid, magnolia parks 1 & 2, women don’t owe you pretty, chasing red, always red, the infinity between us, housemaid secret, lotus, the perfect marriage, behind the net, summer of broken rules, ghosted (also 5⭐️!)

I was always a physical book only person, but my local library has a very limited selection of the simple romance, thrillers etc so I was having to buy books, they are 20-25 dollars here, plus 13% tax :O soooo it was simply a hobby I wasn't able to afford anymore. For several years I did book reviews in exchange for ARC's for indie authors and it was awesome, I always had a new book or ten to read but I was a blogger so I had to read on a schedule, work with other bloggers and the authors/publishers, make my posts match their preferred dates. Back then their were things called "blog blitz" and "blog hops" so you could have like 25 people all posting over a month and your date etc was extremely important and then you had to cross post your reviews and link all the others who participated. It was great don't get me wrong, but it easily got overwhelming esp if you weren't in the mood or didn't have time to read! So long story short, I bought the paperwhite and it was like 140 dollars (Canadian so its more here) but it was paid for itself in the first month in the books I was able to read esp with the 3 months free kindle unlimited with purchase. Then add in the prime reading AND the Amazon First reads program and you have access to a TON of books! Even if you don't have prime or kindle unlimited you can easily search for books that are free or under a dollar, yes you are more limited, but its still a lot of books available!!! If you're in the US you can also use your library card to get books. I am in Canada so I have a kobo to use my library card with.

I also sometimes read on my iPad and I do get Migraines after reading for a very long time, so when you mentioned that you don’t get migraines when you read on your Kindle, I’m really tempted now to buy a Kindle. I’ve been thinking about this for months but I couldn’t justify buying one because I have an iPad and now I’m really thinking maybe I should get a Kindle.
There is a lot of good futures in it and price wise. It’s decent specially when it goes on discount, so I feel like I might buy one. I’m starting to really want to.

You are right. The only con is that it's not physical...but I don't even see that as a con. Yes it doesn't smell like a book, but it's lighter, am clumsy. I will drop it on my face and it won't hurt that much or break my nose. And charging it once in a month really doesn't sound so bad. We can do another activity for an hour while it charges.

Watching this and other kindle type videos to find the answer to my question! Do you find that you are on the same page for like 4-5 turns of the page like I could be on page 100 for 10 minutes even tho I’ve turned the page 5 times? Do u think it’s due to font size which way do I change the font - looks like your font is small can I ask what size it is?
