Cinder is SO good. I binge read the whole series in like 4 days last summer when I was bored. Even though it’s for kids it’s surprisingly good as an adult
Just a quick heads up. In New Zealand (don't know about other countries, apart from the US) Kindles do not support the use of libby/overdrive. Because of this I bought a kobo which supports the library and also has a similar thing to kindle unlimited.
thank you for this comment!!! I just bought a kindle, but I'll be moving to NZ in about 5 years... I know libby doesn't really work other places and I love to borrow from the library, so knowing that there's an ereader that supports that is such wonderful information!!
I completely agree with you on the Crave series!! I finished the series but I ended up skimming through a lot of it and just reading dialogue. A lot of the descriptions in the books are of things we are already familiar with. Like we know the main character has curly brown hair, is short, and is hot. We don't need a reminder every chapter lmao. But I really enjoyed the overall plot so I think it is worth skimming through just to finish the story. :)
If you like any sort of creepy setting type of stuff, you’d love house of salt and sorrows!! My absolute favorite author and queen of YA creepy settings and romance subplot🫶🫶
Definitely agree with you re: the Crave series! Court was SUCH a slog to get through, but the series is totally redeemed with Charm, in my opinion! And I thought everything wrapped up really nicely with Cherish 💜
If you by any chance you still have not read The Inmate by Frieda McFadden, it’s a damn good read. It will take you on a ride. But the best part is the very last plot twist! OMG!!!!
Oh boy knowing what you usually read pleaseeeeeee do not read Birthday girl. It is soooooo raunchy and I’d say 80% of the book is just smut. And the door is wideeeeee open
