I made the chia seed pudding with coconut milk... Yum!! I didn't have maple syrup, so I heated up some honey and poured it in. Added passionfruit, strawberries and blueberries.
These look so amazing! My hubby and I have really gotten out of shape since have our kids, what I love about your recipes is that these are things our kids can eat too! My excuse for not meal prepping was that I would still have to prep differently for the kids, with ideas like these there is just no need. Thank you so much!
If you are using brown rice, it's 2 and a half cups of water per cup of water, if you like it not crunchy that is! 😀 This is a really great idea, thanks! 💗
+Paper Kawaii - Origami Tutorials almond milk has worked fine for me. oil too, but it might get greasy. you could probably even use an egg substitute or a flax egg, but i've never tried that.

Everyone here is commenting how great the meals are. I just wanted to comment how great the video is 😂. The video shots and cuts focus purely on the meal prep- the cutting and cooking. You’ve even thoughtfully ensured the ingredients were all visible within the shot. That takes time to set up! Especially if you’re filming it yourself and don’t have anyone to hold the camera. So great.

Omg i love love looove your meal prep videos, so organized and creative. Please do not hesitate to do more!!! I like grew up on prep'd meals when i was younger because both my parents would always be busy at work! It ensures we still have healthy meals ready in the fridge and not opt for cup noodles and other crap hah! No loss of nutritional value there people. But definitely invest in a rice cooker to save yourself more time and have rice readily available each night c:
So glad i discovered this, you sound so real in your videos not like other you tubers who have similar content and sound like they are putting on a show.
For breading stuff, like meats or veggies, it actually helps to roll them in flour before dipping them in egg and then the crumbs, makes the crumbs less likely to fall off
i love your videos! I am always into fitness and always want to meal prep but every prep i always do is so complicated and i always feel like I could be using healthier things, your videos help a lot :)
I made muffins and doubled recipe and it ended up making 24 muffins! They were really good and my kids even liked them! I added blueberries and walnuts on top of sunflower seeds. They seemed dry so I added 2 eggs and 1cup of apple sauce& baked them 375F for 45 min.. thanks Rachel :) just started watching your videos and loving them!
Love the gluten-freeness! I have to eat gluten free because of my allergies, but I find it so hard to cook healthy and yummy at the same time. You gave me inspiration, thanks a lot and keep up the good work! 😘💕

I think everyone loves your square target containers for flour and stuff from Target they look great. From memory you mentioned they don't stock them any more.
