    17:44 I think your upper anchor should have been heavier like 80 pounds or more . Wake up a 100 lb and double 70

      Well that’s a 70lb in the video, pretty easy. On my Instagram I have a video of 106lbs still easy. These videos are just demonstrations. Double 70?… it’s a 1 arm lift
