The thirst videos will usually focus on what they will do for you, but a real relationship requires you to do stuff for them too. Not to mention real relationships sometimes encounter friction and compromises. Actually getting a partner requires you to go out and look/talk to people and risk getting rejected. The thirst videos will usually focus on what they will do for you, but a real relationship requires you to do stuff for them too. Not to mention real relationships sometimes encounter friction and compromises. Actually getting a partner requires you to go out and look/talk to people and risk getting rejected. Therefore it's easier to just imagine a boyfriend than actually putting yourself out there and trying to get one.
