    For biscuit
    4 eggs
    50 grams of sugar
    8 tablespoons of honey
    2 teaspoons of soda (to extinguish with vinegar)
    200 grams of butter
    4 glasses of flour (800 ml)
    For the glaze
    Milk 200 ml
    100 grams of butter
    Dark chocolate 75 g
    Coconut shavings to taste
    Pour 4 eggs into the bowl for kneading the dough and beat them.
    Add sugar and honey, mix until smooth. In a separate container, dissolve 2 teaspoons of soda with vinegar. Pour the baking soda into a bowl. Then add 200 grams of butter and mix everything. Add flour and knead the dough.
    Knead the dough. On a board, roll out the dough to a thickness of 1.5 cm. Place it in a baking dish pre-greased with butter.
    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
    Bake the biscuit for 20 minutes. Remove and cool to room temperature. Cut the biscuit into small sticks.
    Prepare the glaze. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine the milk, butter and chocolate. Put on the fire and bring to a boil and immediately remove from the fire.
    Dip the dough in the glaze and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Bon appetit!
