Glass of warm milk, 1 packet of yeast and 1 egg are all you need to make these donuts!
250 ml of warm milk
30 grams of yeast
16 grams of vanilla sugar
80 grams of sugar
1 egg
3.5 cups of flour (1 cup of 250 grams)
50 grams of oil
In the bowl for preparing the dough, gradually add 250 ml of warm milk, 30 grams of yeast, 16 grams of vanilla sugar, 80 grams of sugar and 1 egg. Thoroughly mix everything until smooth, sprinkle with a thin layer of flour and put in a warm place for 10 minutes.
After that, continue gradually adding flour to the solution and carefully knead it until a soft dough is formed. Pour 50 grams of oil into the dough and knead so that the dough does not stick to the dishes and hands. Next, put the dough in a warm place for 1 hour. When the dough has grown 2-2.5 times, we can start making donuts - we roll out the dough to 1 cm in thickness. Cut out shapes using a glass.
Bake donuts in heated oil until golden brown.
For the glaze on the donuts, we melted white chocolate in a water bath and added food coloring to it. Finished donuts dipped in pink glaze and decorated with colored confectionery sprinkles.
