@WatchMojoUK i have to pick just one? I love Nadiya and Rahul, but I also really love Martha and Briony...And KimJoy is a favorite as well...And I really loved Terry, he seemed very sweet
I binged an entire season of Bake Off on a flight from London to San Francisco back in 2016. I love this show! IMHO, it's so much better than the manufactured drama of most cooking shows in the U.S.
I know what you mean. It’s a terrible thing to lose your best friend. I lost mine in 2020 and I’m still grieving. Our thing was movies and I haven’t been to a movie since. So I understand watching GBBO by yourself. You have my sympathy. ❤️🩹🙏❤️🩹
WHY does no one ever mention Helena's biscuit tarantula?! Rosie's chicken was great, but it was still mildly criticised. Helena's had no negatives whatsoever.
I had a good friend when I was a young teen. We went to the same church. There was a pot luck dinner And she brought a molded red jellow dish with a baby doll in the middle . She was and still is a different kind of girl. She would where Star Track costume to school sometimes and sushi for lunch. This was the early 80s. Nobody even knew what sushi was. She still dresses up in costumes and rides Her sissy handlebar bike with extra long streamers and her pigtails flowing all over around Her neighborhood & goes by the name Bekkie The Treckie Next year we will both be 60
I liked the bakes, can deal with the AI generated everyday British accent, but can’t stand the music. A run of 30 seconds of the most bland but still piercing bars of piano on repeat for 16 and a half minutes.
I didn't really notice the music until you mentioned it, but it IS repetitive and annoying. What's more traumatizing to me is seeing Mary Berry's grouchy face and Sue Perkin's scowl again. The original series was almost unwatchable to me. I'm so grateful for the change to Prue and Noel. Even with the rotating sidekicks, the Channel 4 version is much better than the original.
Why is GBBO by far C4's most watched show? Why do far more people watch it than Peep Show, The IT Crowd, Father Ted, Drifters, The Inbetweeners, Man Down, Derry Girls etc.?
Well, it's a different style of show from those and new episodes are still coming out. Also, most (all?) of the shows you mentioned are no longer being made, some for decades, so maybe people have already seen them. Maybe even multiple times? Lots of great shows there and all the more reason people have seen and loved them already.
Oh no! Someone has a view that I don’t support, the absolute horror. 🫣 😬 if everyone got disqualified for supporting those that you personally hate then nobody would be in public service because apparently your opinions matter the most.

I almost forgot Tasha! Loved her too!

Agreed! What really struck me when I first watched it was how nice everyone was to each other. It was such a relaxing feeling watching this show. 🥰
Pato the Duck from the current series in the UK! Sumayah's cake, made to look like her feathered friend was brilliant!
KimJoy is one of my favorites! Her charming creations warm the heart!
I think Nadia’s peacock cake and the lion bread were the best things ever!
Paul's Lion Bread! The most memorable bake ever!
How is Christine's Tower at number one over all these incredible bakes?
Ll
I asked myself the same thing
@@sheenamoore3938 Me too. I could make a stab at that one myself!
I was expecting 😯😯😯 but went 🤦🤷 instead. 😂
It's outright favoritism... that was just biscuits balanced on top of each other!
My BFF and I used to love this show. This warms my heart. It’s bittersweet to see it without her. RIP Dedra ☮️💙🥧

The DNA cake .. was the one that took my breath away.. kinda reminding me of Jenga
I loved Nadia's Peacock! Also Ruby Tandoh made a Peacock that was gorgeous! And Rahul had a couple too
@@EvaleeBrown-f3l Candice too

How could you leave out Briony's Alice in Wonderland bake where they actually played croquet with the flamingo mallets and balls? Gorgeous!
I remember Paul Lion best bake
Lies again? I rather eat cakes than eat cats with dreams of winning lot of Grammys

Rosie's chicken was great, but it was still mildly criticised. Helena's had no negatives whatsoever.
I loved Stephen’s bread purse! One of the best ever
@@cheyennebrennan966 And they were both better than the number 1 pick. Christine did not deserve the top spot.
RIP Luis Troyano.
She's not on this list, but also: RIP Dawn Hollyoak.

fabulous.
I love a woman like that!!
Nadiya was so much fun to watch.
I still have a crush on Ian 💚 And gutted for him. Pure sabotage.
Abdul’s mirror glaze galaxy cake! That was so cool
I love this show! Thank you for this.
I still remember watching that incredible illusion bake from Steven. That’s so incredible.
Yum yum, love the show❤
Nadia's Peacock was my favorite!
The early years, were so so good.
how is that number 1 !???
The sandwich was a work of art, he was by far number one and number 2 was the lion !
We used to be able to watch full episodes of this show on PBS, I really love this show.

The fact that Hermines chocolate and raspberry mousse jelly cake didn't even make this list is CRIMINAL.
I always think that I would have dragged that trash bin over to the judges and apologized for my plating!
OMG, that DNA tower! I must’ve missed that season, I don’t remember that at all.
All so beautiful!!!❤❤❤❤😊
No Rahul? Who fell asleep at the switch?
Paul can be an ass sometimes.
Ya think? He and that other British judge Simon Cowel are cut from the same cloth. Oh the egos 😒
BRENDAN - the legend.
5 of these creations did not deserve to be on this list. Paul's bread lion should have been #1 and Christine's clock tower should have been #6.
I loved the spider
John's Colosseum????
No. 1 ....really???
Love it why
How about Howard's pagoda?

I agree!! Such repetitive notes, extremely annoying
AI? Are you talking about the narrator? That's a real guy 😐 his name is Ashley. He's been working for mojo for years.
@@Miss_Kisa94Okay, sorry, my bad, but my point was particularly about the music accompaniment.
That’s kinda mean. It’s an actual person’s voice

Because the others are crap
