    Hi guys and welcome to the final day of Booty Week, Day 05!
    This workout is one of my actual workouts I do on my glute heavy day. This is the day that I lift heavy and target my glutes to their maximum potential. This is the style of training I love to do!
    I love to lift heavy, start with my compound movements and then add more high rep movements after to target my glutes from every angle for maximum results! This has gotten me to where I am because I found what works for me, my schedule, my body, and my goals! I stress to you all to be patient while figuring out the same for you.

    I did the majority of these workouts for 2 months and it made a HUGE difference in my legs and glutes. I worked out 6 times a week and ate 3 meals a day. The biggest meal was always after my workout. That’s what worked for me! Stay consistent!! It’ll pay off 👌🍑

      I thought about it! But tbh, it was really hard filming that many glute focused workouts in a short period of time. By the end of it my glutes were begging me to stop training them! LOL
      But maybe if I pre-film for a few weeks and then put them all together it could work?! Idk, we will see! Thanks for the suggestions!😄

    You actually know what your talking about unlike most fitness channels that try to sell stuff to obtain a desired physique. Video is very educational and focused on the workout details that accomplish the physique over the time. 👍🏼

    Hi Hunter, thanks for posting this! I really appreciate that this isn't a deadlift-focused workout. I had a spinal fusion 8 months ago and my surgeon literally said "if you want a second spinal fusion, do deadlifts." I was worried I couldn't possibly grow my glutes without that but you're proving me wrong. I'll be trying this workout out for sure!

    This is crazy! My hip hinge is always a mess sometimes it’s perfect then other times I’ll lose mojo and it’s gone. Been trained by several pt’s and they’ve never suggested the wall as help. Thank you!

    Just saw your video and I loved it! 😍 I’m going to start incorporating more heavy glute days and this is perfect for that! My gym doesn’t have a hip abduction machine though, do you know of some different exercises I can do instead?

      Standing Single leg abductions with a dumbbell or plate OR seated hip abductions with a resistance band around your thighs😁

    Well this was intense !
    Someone has some piece of advice to give to me for squats, leg press or workout in general ? Some exercices hurts my knees so much. But I don't "block" them or anything like that. It just hurts to lift so much weight while bending them

    I love your videos so much! I have a question though, I work out legs/glutes 3x a week should I be doing the same work outs for those 3x a week & change it every week or should I be doing different workouts every single 3x a week?       New day new challenge, u should be adding more reps/weights so ur legs wont adapt to the workout. With that your legs will gradually get stronger!!

      You can do them banded sitting on a bench, or standing using a cable machine single leg😁💪

    More glute workouts!!!! Can you do a video for home gyms like I have a bench it’s kinda too high for me to do a hip thrust but everything else is too low so I try and just deal with it. I have barbells and light weights at home and bands but it’d be nice to see a full workout like follow along with you for a home workout or something so we know how to do time under tension what exercises it’s best to do with that.

      If your bench is too high, elevate your feet as well on a platform of some sort to fix the height difference.
      To do reverse curls, Put your bench at a decline and lay on it (stomach down) so your head is at the highest part, Put the dumbbell between your feet starting at the bottom and then bend at the knees to bring the dumbbell up until you feel a full contraction in your hamstring.
      You can use your barbell to actually help you do nordic curls if you look it up! It is kinda confusing to explain and you are better off looking at images.
      I will try and get more freeweight focused glute workouts up in the future!😄💪

    Do the high stance leg press also work the quads good? Or is it really just for the glutes?

      Of course you will still work the quads but it just puts more of a focus on the hamstrings/glutes, especially if you press through your heels. If you want to focus more on quads, take a more narrow and low foot stance on the machine while pressing through your toes😁

      Once I added the pad to my routine, I was actually able to increase the weight and it so was so much less painful on my hips and pelvis region. It’s like $10-$15 on Amazon and it’s amazing! And I’ve had to for over a year, and it’s held up great. Hasn’t lost any of its padding.

    hey girl! how long does a normal leg or booty workout take you (total time in the gym too)? Do you think 2 supersets 4 times each and 2 tri-sets 3 times each is a good amount for a workout? xx

      This workout takes me around two hours from the time I step in the gym to the time I step out. Meaning warm up, set up, rest times, cool downs, etc. Each workout time varys but my leg days when I am heavy lifting are usually my longest bc of set up and recovery times between sets.
      As far as your other question, it could be great or too much but that depends on what exactly you mean you are doing and how many reps/sets per exercise. Your glutes need time to rest like any other muscle. Did you mean train them 7 days a week by the 4 times and 3 times explanation? If so, I would cut the number of days down.

      It varies. When lifting heavy I usually do anywhere between 2-5 min. Just depends how I feel💪

      It's to further the drop set and also adds a different form of resistance into the set while targeting the same muscle. Drop sets are a great way to challenge the muscle in order to promote more muscle growth. 💪😄🔥

      There are tons of exercises that will work the same muscles if you don't have access to a leg press. You can even lay on the ground and use the smith machine as a leg press. Otherwise, Wide smith machine squats, Lunges, High step ups, split squats, even Glute hamstring Pushdowns on a pull up machine. They will all target a little different, but all great exercise alternatives still!

    Hey so you know how you said that your goal is to increase the weight you're lifting every week, so does it ever end and just stick to a certain weight u can manage after increasing it regurlarly? Just something i stress about while training like when will it stop lol😂 and do you think its necessary to feel doms after each workout? I love watching ur videos and find ur advice really helpful😘😚

      Haha😂 I wouldn't say an "end" but I do switch up my strength goals! Strength doesn't only mean adding more weight, it can also be being able to do more reps with set amounts of weight. So sometimes I will work with set amounts of weight and try to get as many reps as possible each week with those weights, always aiming to get more. My rep/set/weight protocols change every so often to avoid plateaus and to progress in other areas of my performance.
      DOMS isn't a correlation of a how good a workout was. I'll have great workouts where i'm dead leaving the gym and not get sore and then other times I'll half ass a workout and get more sore than normal. Doms can happen for many reasons.
      They can also be a huge negative in your training if you can't recover fast enough bc your doms are so bad and end up having to skip muscle groups for a week+ because your so sore or it hinders your other lifts while training.
      I think doms are more of a mental stimulus for people who want to feel like they are doing something right vs actually just training smart and not caring bc you know your doing things right. Put your focus on proactive smart training and if you end up getting (reasonably) sore, cool. If not, still cool. LOL
