    In this video, I take you through a squat lower body day focussed on TEMPO training.
    Be sure to turn the volume up as I share voiceover tips, cues and form guidance that can help you get the most out of your training session and get to your results.
    As a fitness coach, I help women not only reach their goals of building muscle and getting strong but also ensure good form and technique. These are the coaching cues & tips from years of training that I pass down to my clients and hopefully can help you towards your training!
    Tempo training adds a set tempo or speed to your training to help you build muscle, improve strength, and aid fat loss. Great for beginners and seasoned lifters to improve strength, form and muscle building!
