1a. Barbell Hipthrust Constant Tension 4 X 12
1B. Seated Banded Hip Abductions 4 X 20
2. Barbell RDL 4 X 12
3. High and Narrow Leg Press 5 X 10 - 12
4. Glute Cable Kick Back 2 x 15
5. Banded DB Frog Pumps 1 X 50
*Keep the working weight the same for all exercises EXCEPT the leg press (if you can).

I thank you so much for discribing the RDL Form. I watched a loooot of different RDL Form Videos on different platforms and different languages. And nobody said, that you have to sqeeze the glutes from the streched position to the top. I always suggested it but nobdoy was there the proof what I thought and prectized. Hi Hunter! I'm new to your channel and LOVING the glute content. Question- what shoes are you wearing in your videos? I'm assuming they are best for lower body training.
Hi!☺️ The shoes I have on are Nike epicreact flyknits but a really old version that I find comfortable. Not really a fan of the current versions out there. If you are looking for shoes to train in on leg days you want to look for a flat foot shoe, such as Nike Metcons or nobulls for a more pricey option and Converses for a more cost effective version. If you have a wider front foot, get the wide version for the converses. You basically just don’t want anything with high heel padding where it puts your foot at a downward slope. This usually means to try and avoid running shoes, but its not the end of the world if you do train in them. Everyone feels comfortable differently. I also will take my shoes off a lot and just go sock to really grip the ground lol
There are tons of other shoe options out there with flat bottoms though so it would be good to look around for a pair that feels most comfortable to you!

How long do your workouts last? Im trying to hit the gym again but trying to figure out a routine is hard 😅 i can only go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Any suggestions?
They vary! Some I’m in and out an hour, others I’m there 2+. Just depends what I have programmed.
Having 3-4 days to train is plenty of days! Really depends on your goals for how you will want to structure your training. I have a 4 day gym or home program on my site if you need more direction🫶🏼💪

Your feet are pointing straight forward in hipthrust, I thought you have to point them out to side
You can see my toes are slightly pointed out during the movement, it’s just hard to tell with the angles.The degree of turn though should be minimal, not drastic. On constant tension thrusts I’ll usually not worry much about foot placement until I lift up the bar, make sure Im happy with all my placements, and then I will adjust my feet for their final position.
But again, this degree is so minimal, I wouldn’t over stress it! it’s more about what someone finds works best for their body with how they position their feet overall💪

What I don't like about the incline leg press is that your glutes only barely move. The range of motion for the glutes is so limited.
Yeah, it can definitely seem that way! But it’s actually the opposite. In this position you have more hip flexion from the high foot placement. Then we also get more range of motion from the narrower stance on our glute max. It’s the quads that are being limited here. More range doesn’t always equal better, depends on your focus💪
