    Mouth taping and snorelab are AWESOME! I have been using Snoreleab since late 2022 and mouth taping around six months later, will never stop both of them! Thanks for the video!

    I do magnesium glycinate, ashwagandha, I have a chili pad and an earthing mat.

      I'm a fan of mag Bisglycinate. Have you done any tests with the earthing pad to see if it increases your HRV before and after use?

      I also have an oura but am waiting for the new more accurate algorithm before paying attention to sleep stats. Which brand of earthing mat works for you btw?

    Hey! Love your channel! I have a fitbit to know my HRV during the night. I have slept with tape on my mouth for years and my HRV is usually around 25. I forgot my tape a few weeks ago and slept without it. My HRV was 42 that night. So I tried again, and the HRV is 40 every time I sleep without tape. I dont really snore and I have no sleep apnea. I got open air ways with my mouth closed but yet my HRV is almost double when mouthbreating. Any clue how that can be?:)

      Thanks for the compliment. Occasionally a higher HRv happens when something not good is happening . That's my best guess without looking at your data and graphs. elitehrv.com/the-8-biggest-mistakes-made-when-measuring-hrv#:~:text=Just%20as%20a%20low%20HRV,indicate%20better%20health%20and%20resiliency.

    Thank you for your great content!
    I‘m having a personal question and you could help me a lot.
    I track my HRV with the Oura Ring 3. When I do mediations or breath work, in 8 of 10 my HRV drops heavily. Even though I feel relaxed and calm. Does this mean that meditation and breath work is actually bad for me? I just don’t get it.

    • @HRVHackers
      @HRVHackers  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I appreciate the kind words 🙏 . Personally, it took me a while to figure out which breathing pattern and which kind of meditation raises my hrv. Have you checked out the Lief yet, it automatically figures out the best breathing pattern for you

      Thank you so much for your response!
      I didn’t knew about Lief, sounds great!
      What confuses me is that even meditations that raised my HRV will lower it the next time. It’s completely inconsistent. My HRV is bad, around 25 at night, I really need to bring it up.

    • @HRVHackers
      @HRVHackers  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Youre welcome ☺️. Hmm which meditation are you doing? And an hrv of 25 isn't necessarily low or bad. Check out this vid and see some of the comments th-cam.com/video/h9_cwC-rxA0/w-d-xo.html
