Hey Jim, love your streams! Thanks for your time doing them. A non training question for you, where do you get your collared shirts at? They look sharp!

Missed the live stream but watched this back taking a weight vest walk. I’ll be on next week and I’m gonna ask how that PSOAS is feeling after you’ve had a few weeks to test it out.

How would you suggest I start lifting again. I started having low back pains and from an MRI found out I have a herniated disc in my lower back. Wanted to know how to start back up without making things worse

Jim, how do you manage the program delivery aspect of things and tracking PRs and Training Maxes? Is this something you do on excel and just call out what they need to work off of? How would you manage 200-250 kids in this situation? (School district will not purchase technology delivery system)

So 5x5 at the same weights for the three cycles and only increasing/pushing the assistance work?

I’ve been training my younger brother for the past 3 years. He is a junior in high school & we follow the 531 program & he’s always setting new PRs so he’s getting stronger but he hasn’t really made any changes physically. Is that normal for some high school kids?
