    Jim, always love these!
    2 things from me.
    1. Wow! London are killing it. 8-0. The hard work is definitely paying off. How can you say you think you fuck things up?! Complete opposite by the looks of things.
    2. Did the stupid / awesome challenge of 26 rounds of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats, 1 mile on the echo bike. 💪 Took 1hr 57 mins, average heart rate of 155 bpm.😅 Did it on my 42nd birthday as a little treat. 😂 Had your voice in the back of my mind saying 'sometimes do hard dumb stuff and be awesome!"
Thanks for all you do. Legend.

Kid just got back from broken collarbone. Had a tough game but thankful he's back out there. Appreciate these videos. Very helpful.

Hey Jim Today I completed my first WaLRUS Challenge 2. I did it in 25 minutes. It seems like yesterday when I couldn't do a single pull-up. I feel great. Thanks Jim

Jim how do you account for chain weight when adding chains to a barbell?

The steps of the scientific method are:
    Question
    Research
    Hypothesis
    Experiment
    Analyze data
    Conclusion
    Communicate

And try to disprove you conclusions.

@@rjvsmb I think that is part of experiment and communicate (peer review) to discover if it is replicable. But yes I agree.

@stewartthomson2089 I jokingly say that "God" gave us this complicated biochemical experiment (our body) but forgot to give us the textbook. So now we have to reverse engineer it. Sometimes you have to start simple and work from there.
