Kneeling Hip Flexor Lift-offs

  • Starting in a 1/2 kneeling position, you may use a pole or broomstick for arm support. Squeeze your glutes and keep your trunk upright as you lift your front foot off the floor in front of you. You may do this quickly and repetitively for 15-20 reps. Switch sides, and repeat. Make sure you're breathing during this activity!
