Hello Mr. IB!! My good sir, those specs are good, but it pails in comparison to the power delivery and how easy the bike is to ride with the new motor and stable chassis. This bike is out of character in comparison to its former little Brother now, the 1299. Such a different bike vs the 1299, anyways... We met at Laguna Seca, you stopped into my pits on the Pirelli Track Day. My buddy had his Speciale' and I had my MV F4RC, and 2 V4's, and I had just lent a V4 to GHILLIMAN, Dustin Apgar, so he jumped into the scene for a bit. It was so nice to see you stop into our pits, Madman Racings Pits. It was totally AWESOME video blog of Laguna Seca Pirelli Track Day you put together. Anyways, if your out West again, want some content, im in a perfect area to hit all the gems in So Cal, the great canyons in San Diego County, North End to Southern Inland Empire. Palomar, Ortega, De Luz, Montezuma, and others. As well as a walk thru of Moto-Forza Krew and these guys are some of the best Dudes and 1 Dudette(Michelle) on this planet. Dream bikes are nothing shy of what they deliver. I would love to aid in anyway possible. A Comment About the New Panigale V4 Its not hard to hate a bike like a V4. When Ducati makes a product that is so race inspired, and packaged with a well refined and stable bike, there is a lot of catching up to do in terms of un-measurable strides past all the other brands in electronic aids, bikes stability, and usable power.. Bike at stock weight 385ish(dry), putting out 200hp, lightening everything that spins would make the arguable 199whp.+hp well over the 200Whp mark. I have a fleet of superbikes and most recent favorite is the MV Agusta F4RR, but upgraded beyond the RC. That bike was amazing but the V4 is in its own category at the moment. For good purposes, I am not going to bash other bikes, but some believe their bike is still faster, etc. But its about 20% Bike and 80% Rider that makes up the winning package. With that said, and owning a fleet of other Italian Bikes, the V4 is the RSV4 RF on steroids, or the BMW decked out. We all love what we like, i dont care which is your favorite, go test ride a V4, really test ride it, realize what is it that makes that bike so well balanced(at this minute, this second). I love both of my V4's but Im partial to #2. Her and I wore out a set of Pirelli SC V3's in 84 miles! Within 24hrs time from leaving Moto Forza the day before! I ride my F4RR, F3 800 highly modefied, and my 1299s as much as possible but they are collecting dust since the pair of V4's showed up.

Is 93 octane fuel the best you can get at a gas station? It would make more HP with better gas and here in Germany the normal gas is at 95 octane. We can also buy 98 and 102 octane at a normal gas station, thats why I´m asking.
Companies release crank HP numbers. Crank HP for the V4 with the full akra system is 226 hp. There is roughly a 10 to 12% power lose when transferring to the wheel which is what you see reading on a dyno machine.

Steve Hash It was at Bren Tuning that it was done....ask 650ib if Brens Mustang Dyno gives a high hp reading vs others. With full exhaust most likely an easy 200hp.

H2 is a Kompressor Engine and eaven with 300 bhp on h2 the Bike is a Crap on the Track.A stock RSV4 has destroy a H2 R on Track and are 2 sek faster and this on a Track that has a strightline of 900 Meter??The h2 is only a stright Line going Bike and dont has a Chance against Superbikes on Track.I the USA is the H2 a good Choise but in Europe you need Bikes wich are fast in Corners😎

@@stevehash158 we are still waiting for his Bren tuning 2018 s1000rr dyno numbers. All I know is my 2017 s1000rr is making 16 hp more hp than my 2016 s1k did with the bren flash... That new ecu makes a lot more power when flashed.
Remeber mine baselined 178 with a full system. I've been to multiple dynojet 250i dynos, they're more or less within a few hp of each other. Unlike a mustang dyno which reads much higher. I made 205 on a mustang

Also remember his bike hasnt been flashed yet that with exhaust and air filter.. that will increase alot.. In EU the v4 makes 201,5whp.. aprilia rsv RF 192whp.. bmw s1000rr 188-189whp.. The v4 was also the lightest with 200,2kg along side with r1 bmw was a wopping 211-213kg.. so its safe to say the V4 eats every thing if You have 1 rider testing all bikes in acceleration.. But yea so it should consider its a 1100cc
@@stevehash158 you mention weather conditions, however the dyno correction factor almost eliminates that variable. EU and USA makes no difference with the 2017+ s1k for they all come euro 4 compliant around the world.

Is 93 octane good for you guys in the US...? Maybe that’s why your fuel is so cheap... because it’s shit🤔 in the UK our regular is 95 that you get everywhere and premium is 98/99 octane
Oktsd there's nothing such as a low rev limiter in higher gears , although it might not reach the limiter in 6th gear due to the top speed limiter which is 186mph or 300 kmh , even if the bike is flashed it might not reach the limiter in 6th for aerodynamics and drag
650ib great video as always...could you let us know how you deal with the heat of V4S...on slower speed. I had a go on V4 and V4S and boy o boy that damn thing get so hot...Other than this i enjoy every moment on the bike...but i cannot see myself paying so much money and every time i stop on traffic i need to get off the bike due the heat that engine and exhaust produce on your crutch. Do u have some heat shield mod or what ,.???? Looking forward to hear from you and we are still waiting you to come visit EU :) for subs here...
It got beat bad by a 2011 zx10r that 650ib says was 'butchered' but really it was lowered and a front brake caliper and disc was removed. He was so upset that a 7 year old bike that cost 1/4 price of this Ducati got beat by 10 bike lengths. He didn't show up to the_bitch_ninja's call out. I would to knowing I would lose big time. He knows this too and the people that keep up all know this. All facts right here.

Very nice bike with an exorbitant amount of running and maintaining costs. Totally unpractical for street use yet too shiny and too expensive to trash it on the track as well. Completely emotional and totally illogical to own one and gorgeous to look at it.
TheMattc999 I wish I could be just as carefree as you are. I have the financial means to own many V4 s and and a lot more expensive bikes than you can imagine, but I cannot see myself trashing a bike so beautiful and so gorgeous on a track or underutilize it on a street. Money don’t grow on trees.
I dont know but a good Question can sommebody explain this fact is on all Dyno that i see compare to other Bikes the v4 showing more Power than other Competitors and each dyno showws diffrend Numbers.
Different dyno, different measurement of force, SAE conversion of numbers to reflect more realistic real life numbers, temp humidity, elevation, dif MAP settings. Just to name a few
So many people a caught up on RWHP numbers. Unless you're drag racing, they don't hold much weight. That being said, I have a (old) 2016 Kawasaki ZX10R road race bike that makes 205 +/- on pump fuel and 213 +/- on MR12. As a racer, It is difficult to get that much power to the ground in any of the lower gears carrying any lean angle (Pirelli SC 0 rear SC2 front) The question should be how much power per dollar are you getting? Oktsd there's nothing such as a low rev limiter in higher gears , although it might not reach the limiter in 6th gear due to the top speed limiter which is 186mph or 300 kmh , even if the bike is flashed it might not reach the limiter in 6th for aerodynamics and drag
650ib great video as always...could you let us know how you deal with the heat of V4S...on slower speed. I had a go on V4 and V4S and boy o boy that damn thing get so hot...Other than this i enjoy every moment on the bike...but i cannot see myself paying so much money and every time i stop on traffic i need to get off the bike due the heat that engine and exhaust produce on your crutch. Do u have some heat shield mod or what ,.???? Looking forward to hear from you and we are still waiting you to come visit EU :) for subs here...

Only issue I had was a busted water pump that was replaced under warranty.
It got beat bad by a 2011 zx10r that 650ib says was 'butchered' but really it was lowered and a front brake caliper and disc was removed. He was so upset that a 7 year old bike that cost 1/4 price of this Ducati got beat by 10 bike lengths. He didn't show up to the_bitch_ninja's call out. I would to knowing I would lose big time. He knows this too and the people that keep up all know this. All facts right here.

Very nice bike with an exorbitant amount of running and maintaining costs. Totally unpractical for street use yet too shiny and too expensive to trash it on the track as well. Completely emotional and totally illogical to own one and gorgeous to look at it.

I dont know but a good Question can sommebody explain this fact is on all Dyno that i see compare to other Bikes the v4 showing more Power than other Competitors and each dyno showws diffrend Numbers.
Different dyno, different measurement of force, SAE conversion of numbers to reflect more realistic real life numbers, temp humidity, elevation, dif MAP settings. Just to name a few

So many people a caught up on RWHP numbers. Unless you're drag racing, they don't hold much weight. That being said, I have a (old) 2016 Kawasaki ZX10R road race bike that makes 205 +/- on pump fuel and 213 +/- on MR12. As a racer, It is difficult to get that much power to the ground in any of the lower gears carrying any lean angle (Pirelli SC 0 rear SC2 front) The question should be how much power per dollar are you getting?
