What a privilege to be able to help the wonderful people of Fiji :)
How about actually doing repairs for a change on the houses under your management?
My issues I can think of straight up ...
* Fascia boards are ROTTING from a leaking gutter maintenance REFUSED to fix citing "it's not bad enough yet".
* The bathroom ceiling is 3 shades of white from repairs and is still stuffed.
* The numpty plumbers hooked up the drain at the front door (flooding issue) to the TOILET sewer not storm drain so any visitors at the door hear the dunny flush.
* There's a light socket near falling out of the ceiling that's been ignored.
* The carpets wreak (stink) and have since before we moved in , if you close the windows to go out for the day, it near makes you chunder the stench upon returning home! We were promised from the morons in the Musso office when you had out of area calls that someone would fix/replace the carpet but YET ANOTHER BROKEN PROMISE FROM HIP AS USUAL!!!
* The addition of a whirly bird or two would make the house semi-liveable in summer since the insulation is stuffed and missing in areas.
* On the topic of insulation, our roof insulation is fully laced with rat crap and there were crappy baby nappies and everything in the ceiling but the crew you sent out to clean it just sat in the ceiling on their phones AND DID NOTHING then I was told that HIP won't clean a health hazard because "that would cost money".
* The flooding down our driveway (amongst other areas) has destroyed the crush gravel we put in there and caused damage to my angle but the HIP way of fixing it was 2 bags of tar then cover it over and hope for the best because "we're not spending money on that regardless of the safety risks".
Remember many tenants are falling through their floors and receiving injuries because you "don't have enough money to do repairs"!!!
So imagine your tenants reactions when we find out you pricks won't fix a damn thing in our houses because you've "run out of money" but then we see you spruking about sending money overseas. What a bloody disgrace! Next time I bust my ankle on the driveway I'll take you to court instead so you can send some of that funding my way in the aspect of the damn repairs to the house you're supposed to do!
Hi Glen, thank you for your comment. I have passed on your concerns to your local branch. Please note we cannot discuss tenancy issues on our social media platforms. Thank you.
