35 Minute Slow Full Body Strength Workout with Joe | Joe Wicks Workouts

- For this workout you will need a heavy set and a lighter set of dumbbells. We're going to be doing a set number of reps instead of working to a timed set. It's about lifting heavy with good form.
There are 10 exercises and 3 rounds - in the first round we do 8 reps of each move, then 10 the next round and 12 the last round.

I’m 71 and liked the idea of a slow workout so I could concentrate on technique. I hasten to add my weights were significantly smaller 🤣. Thanks Joe, another excellent workout. 😊
I dropped over 30kg by doing your workouts over the space of a few months. I do HIT and abs one day and then strength the next day. I went from 104kg to 72kg. You made it easy and I can still pretty much eat what I want at well over 40. Thank you
Excellent, how long sessions do you do per day?
@@minakostova1952 20 min HIT + 10 Min core then the next day I do 30 min strength which might be a Joe Wicks strength workout or I might do pull-ups, press-ups and / or dips then back to HIT and core the next day. I just consistently do that and don't miss too many days. It's only 30 mins a day so it's easy to fit in for most people.

This is brilliant, it's like working with a personal trainer and ensures that I'm pushing myself fully and not losing fucus on reps. I'll keep coming back to this and increasing the weights with time. My body feels like iv had more of a work out for sure. Thanks Joe. I underestimated this one. I thought 16kg all the way no problems... But Joe called it. At the 3rd shoulder press set, my muscles just said, sorry mate, no entry, drop to 14 pls! Great workout. Muscles properly done! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
I did 16kg all the way through, but I really struggled. I kept form throughout but was so glad to get to the end. Heartbeat still high 10 minutes later. 🥵🥵🥵🥵💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Must be getting stronger. Managed 16kg on all, plus in between on 2nd set 10 individual lateral raises (2x10) and in between on 3rd set 12 individual upright rows (2 x 12). Shoulder press on all sets was fine.
17kg all the way through. I did upright rows instead of 10 dumbbell presses, apart from that I stuck to the script. Oh, I did take an extra minute before the last exercise because I did 15 push presses, but then I did 20 rows after. I'm absolutely mashed! 🥵🥵🥵💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
35 minutes, well I'll get round to that sort of time eventually! Once I'm back into it regularly.

I made an instructional on my channel a couple of days ago on how to exercise the whole body with just dumbbells and adjustable bench... Has a few ideas on what dumbbells to get, the pros and cons of just dumbbells, their best use and limitations, compound and isolation exercises for the whole body...
Is there any benefit of doing floor press over press ups?
How heavy are the two sets of weights ?
Never thought slow reps will become this much intense . Heart rate was climbing as I progressed through the workout

what a pitty that there is on reps not time intervals..... its really embarrasing and hard to follow on YT when its REPS !
why you complaining for?, thats what Strength/Hypertrophy training is based on, REPS is important

Unless you can't count or you're not watching while doing it, it's not hard to follow reps. You can pause, rewind and fast forward a video at any time. And it's _pity._
