This is also a great workout for women who experience peri/menopause. Especially if you're not new to strength training. I appreciated that it wasn't in rounds, all different exercises. 🤛🏻

Oh wow! This hits everything. I stuck to the script but had to rest for a couple of minutes a couple of times. The workout was under 33 minutes in total. 🥵🥵🥵🥵💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
