@@laich8027 hey! i use this recipe: bromabakery.com/how-to-make-homemade-caramel/ super quick and easy. if you want to stay a bit more true to the twix vibe you can put less salt than what the recipe calls for, but imo the salt perfectly counteracts the sweetness

Only the butter needs to be room temp! The eggs can be right out of the fridge. Cold eggs will actually help bring the dough together more since it needs to be chilled anyways 🤗
