  • Welcome to this Rhythmic Yoga Flow a choreographed practice inspired by dance. This class is designed to feel like a fluid dance with a choreographed sequence of steps that you can't lost in.
    This 25 minute sequence has lots of twists and turns and invites you to express yourself through movement with a free flowing style of yoga practice.
    This class takes inspiration from different movement modalities and is definitely not your traditional yoga class. With rhythmic, dance-like movements and fluid sequences from pose to pose, this class will help you channel your inner dancer.

    I am an older woman, over 60,with a goal of achieving handstands. Side plank has been a no go for the last few years due to shoulder injury. I can do side plank now, although it isn't graceful yet like yours Charlie. I feel more confident I will get to handstand

      Same agegroup here. Loved this flow. Started my handstand with Wall Pilates. Not free 'standing' yet but maybe some day getting there. Love from Switzerland 😊

    Whoa! This session really opened my hips, back and shoulders. Better than any physical therapy session I've ever had (and I've had lots). Your classes are the best medicine around. This is my 4th of the Flow Series and they just keep getting better!

    This is what I wish flows are like sometimes. You know when your videos are a series of really beautiful poses but there’s the hold and a space between each movement. This is what I want to be able to do sometimes. My favorite flows. Speed them up and do them sort of like a dance! This was great. I was feeling really uncute wearing soooo so many layers to be able to stay warm enough in my Wisconsin U.S. been double digit negative (Fahrenheit) but it feels like twice as negative as it is outside - basement it’s Our first winter in our new to us not really changed since 1980’s 100 year old home. We have had some surprises. Mainly- how much cold gets in! But I needed something to keep me moving to stay warm as well as to sort of make me smile and feel beautiful with 2 hoodies 5 shirts leggings and sweatpants barefoot self. Hah

    loved the workout! Loved the flow! but lost my rhythm on 2 occasions & ended in the the wrong position. Loved your concept & the sound of your voice ; will definitely try more of your workouts.

    I've been travelling lately without much access to the internet, and often without a roof over my head in the nights, so I've had to create my own flows and adapt them to the situation and am just now catching up with you guys. I've been really looking forward to continuing the series, and I'm not disappointed! So good to be back! As an aside, props for the impeccable audio; it must be tricky to balance in this large space with stone/concrete walls. I'm looking forward to doing the next part asap!

    Charlie that was a beautiful flow. It felt amazing in my body and so intuitive. I appreciate having a high quality yoga teacher to practice with for free on TH-cam. It's apparent you have a lot of experience teaching and that you're passionate about movement.     This rhythmic flow was even better than the previous dance yoga routine Charlie….almost like a full-fledged dance routine! Was wondering whether you should increase the number of repetitions to make it more like a cardio dance yoga routine. Something to think about…thank you so much once again 💙👩🏻💙💋🍑🥰🦋🐬🌊🙏🏻👌🏻💫
