That's a intense flow u are a fantastic trainer I like your technique and style this really fired up all muscle areas thanks for hard work and time keep up the great work u rock see you next work out thumbs up always have a wonderful day
first off, I am so glad I found your channel, you‘re now my favorite teacher on youtube!! I love love love the way you teach, which is so special to find offline as well as online! if I can give a little feedback on this series so far: first I want to compliment and congratulate your amazing work! I can‘t imagine how much planning and energy went into this, but it definitely shows!! for me, having been practicing for over 10 years now as well as having completed a 250h TT, I would consider myself on the upper end of intermediate, and I found myself wishing for just a bit more cueing, especially in the more difficult transitions. often I felt a bit unsafe and had to stop and watch the video carefully first before continuing, which disrupts the flow a bit. for example, the transition from side lunge to skandasana, I would have needed just a bit more cueing bc I find this transition can feel a bit unsafe as a lot is happening at the same time. I‘m also not sure though if this is because I struggle with lower back pain and everything that shoots up to my tailbone area I have to be very careful with^^ also the transition from twisted lunge to lowering the hips down at 12:01 was very intense for me, and I think a bit more cueing might‘ve helped, like for example, roll onto the outer edge of the back foot, engage your core, potentially adjust the stance of your front foot (I had to move it a bit more toward the bottom edge of my mat to make this more accessible). other than that, your flows are absolutely excellent !! there are so many movements in this series alone that I have never done before in all my years of practice, and again I love your teaching style so much! bravo! 💐
Hey Berlin thank you so much for your kind and considerate feedback, I really appreciate you taking the time to offer some suggestions (I made notes ☺️) so that I can improve my classes and the overall experience for everyone doing them. Thanks again for taking the time and for practicing with me x
I promise you, that will come, I could nothing, two years later I can frontsplit, crow, backbends and I'm not twenty anymore, but give it time,I had to learn that too, take the easier pose, give yourself time, be proud of yourself. There are so many ppl doing nothing!
That made me laugh as I wobbled. Did it after some cardio exercise and certainly felt it. Love the instruction. So clear with only occasional TV glances for which I will blame the wobble!😂
It wasn’t so easy, but I feel happiness after this practice ❤
Welcome to day 6 of the flow series 🥳 we nearly made it all the way to the end, congratulations ❤
absolutely smashed my triceps, i'm almost crying halfway through :))
The building sequences felt like poetry - each pose and expression become more and more elaborate. Enjoyed this pattern.
Thank you so much Kim

So good! Found my edge in a few places. The wide leg swings are a real challenge for my hips. I love progressions and this session made my day!

Lovely creative flow but I'm afraid I was completely lost in some of the right and left sequencing -- that's my own confusion though.
