- The Mataiodoxia is a New Exotic Chest Piece that Will Make the Most Incredible Strand Warlock Build!
It comes with an interesting intrinsinc trait called Stylostixis... This enhances your arcane needles in a number of ways...
Whenever you strike an enemy with an arcane needle that enemy will become marked with a green place marker for anyone on the team to see (this marker will remain for 10 seconds)
When that enemy is defeated they'll create a suspending detonation suspending any enemy within a 4 metre radius.
Suspending enemies can become a crucial aspect when it comes to survivability for not only you but other members of your team and being able to keep all of your enemies suspended will make them all an easy target for you and allies.
If you strike that same enemy with a second arcane needle a stronger detonation will be instantly triggered... Suspending everyone nearby and that enemy will still trigger a detonation on its death.
When you defeat enemies with an arcane needle you'll gain bonus melee energy and when you defeat suspended enemies you'll also gain bonus melee energy.
Just with the suspensions that the mataiodoxia will create we'll be able to regenerate a ton of bonus melee energy to keep those 3 arcane needles charged up and ready.
Another benefit to running this exotic is that our arcane needles will have the ability of piercing barrier shields
and against most barrier champions it'll only take one needle to break that shield.
between our arcane needles and our suspensions we'll be able to effectly stun unstoppable champions and barrier champions
With all the crowd control capabilities that we'll have we'll be able to dominate in end game content like grandmaster nightfalls.
Combining the Final Warning or Wish-Keeper Exotic Bow will Provide Unique benefits to this build.
Wish-Keeper will add extra suspension capabilities and Final Warning will cause Unravel and will deal a ton of damage to enemies!

Gameplay Loop:
Step 1: Consume Grenade (Activates Weaver's Trance)
Step 2: Strike Enemies with 1-2 Arcane Needles
Step 3: Follow up with Strand Weapon Damage
Step 4: Grab and Throw any Tangles Generated
Step 5: Throw Arcane Needles when Champions Activate Barrier Shield
Step 6: Use Arcane Needles as Needed
Step 7: Use Shackle Grenades if Already in Weaver's Trance
Step 8: Re-Activate Weaver's Trance after 25 seconds.
Step 9: Use Super on High Ranking Enemies

Awesome build, I was waiting for the prismatic hype to settle down so people would start to notice how good this new exotic is. I would also like to recommend the new strand Breachlight with pugilist and Hatchling if you wanna run a different exotic in your energy or heavy slot. I like running the new Breachlight, Buried Bloodline and Pro Memoria)
breachlight with pugilist and swashbuckler is huge for this build.... double melee oriented perks. and it can be enhanced to tier 3 as well so both perks are the upgraded perks like a crafted weapon.
i love how you put the dim and mobalitics link . i don't care about mobo so being able to go straight to dim is great

This is a great build but i got 2 questions. Can you still get the upgrades for wishkeeper and is melee Kickstarter broken? Everytime i use it it doesn't seem to work and i never use my armor charges.
So I had the same issue. If your melee has 2.5 charges and you use 2 you still have half a charge left which is why kickstart doesn't work. Your melee has to go to 0 for it to proc

The new exotic armor is not and will not be a roll on the class items.

Personally, right now with the current arfitact mods, I would go with the call strand rocket side arm, and then using the void pulse rifle exotic (I forget the name right now) along with a pro memoria. I have that strand exotic sidearm listed in this build, and I still find that the call is better in most all aspects of the game.
What are your picks for perks on the call for this build? And what artifact synergies are there?
I'm running that exact setup it's insanely powerful. 100% uptime of needles

I wouldn't say it's better than swarmers. The thing I didn't like with it is the fact that it made the needles pretty much useless, except if you were playing weavewalk, but 1 fragment slot was kinda meh. Now that is has been buffed to 2 fragments slot, I think it has a place in end game content with swarmers, to use your melee as a safety tool with some threadlings in bonus
Ugh what bro? Lol. The needles aren’t useless at all without weavewalk. Tbh they’re a lot better without it. Use the wanderer with mindspun invocation and just go full on strand with unraveling rounds everywhere, with nonstop tangles etc.
@@hatchell18 You don’t get my point. Swarmers make your threadlings unravel. Your produce a s*** ton of them. I never use any needle when I run them, which is why they are useless UNLESS you use them for your weavewalk.
The whole point of swarmers is to play threadlings, which means NO SUSPEND. No mindspun invocation/shackle. And even if you do so, you only need one threadling to unravel everything.
the needles are amplified like crazy with this build... not useless at all

This is so busted especially with the fragment that gives you unraveling rounds on melee kills with the call sidearm. Final warning is great too but I like using the call with dragons breath etc.

Man, I haven’t even completed the campaign on legendary yet. Every time I try to LFG players quit because they want to be sucked right into the final boss. 😂 I can’t wait to try all this new stuff one day.
If you've reset Rahool, u can straight out buy it if you have a cipher.

@@ciphunyou have to level Rahool to 16 to unlock the third page where you can buy it with an exotic engram and a cipher
Both warlock exotics are lackluster on prismatic, they both have better synergy on other classes, and to be honest they b-tier at best.
