    This is what I was expecting Punisher to look like in terms of muscle size in the series on netflix. Or as close as possible to looking like that. But instead we got Bernthal looking skinny but walking like a robot pretending to be tough.

    On a scale of 1 to 10... how pathetic is it that i broke my lower humerus doing benchpress with... only 200 pounds (i lost balance mid set and it fell on me neck... i trained alone in the mornin so noone there to help me until someone was passing by in the gym... i was holding onto it as much as i could and then heard a breaking sound... then someone helped.)

    I mean you CAN have rice, you just gotta watch your calorie intake and make sure it fits in with everything else and that you’re still in a deficit

      I would argue it's more than that but yes, eating less will DEFINITLEY help you lose weight. I agree. Eat MORE satiating foods and you will eat less naturally. 🔥🔥🔥

      It isn't. Your body will be crying out for nutrients and you will slowly become unhealthy. Not good.
