I don't put preservative in mine when is in an airtight container you are good to go.
Mine last for 3 to 4 week and as you are just starting do it little by little to know your customers first.

Yes but not over low please, if your fire is too high it will burn easily
Ma if you are using one penter of groundnut how many eggs or cups of water are you going to be using and all so the milk flavor to use
Measure it with cup and multiply it with what i use here because i don't know how many cup is in rubber paint
Somebody who Dont have this measuring spoon what can the person use and all this flavour is there no alternative... Becsue getting those flavor.... When u are not in it for business it might not be useful after doing it because u won't be using everything.... Pls reply ma. Tank u
You can us milk cup to measure and for the flavor is something you can skip if you don't have it, it will still be nice 👍

No i didn't but if you wan to add i advice you add little which is 1/8tsp to this recipe

If you follow this recipe it should be crunchy and always put ur peanut in an airtight container immediately it cool down don't leave it out for long.

To me yes because it serve two advantage to the peanut.
1: it pre cooked the grand nut
2: it get rid of the dirty
But can as well do it without the hot water
I tried the sugar and water coating but after frying, most of the peanuts were broken. It has broken marks on it. Also, it was not that crunchy. What could be the cause pls
The first thing that can make it to break is when your sugar did not dissolve well
You have to allow your grandnut to be dry very well be4 coating.

The last thing you used to coat was flour thats why. Use egg to coat lastly or your sugar syrup.
