1 CUSTARD BUCKET OF GRANDNUT
3 CUPS OF SUGAR
1 BUCKET OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
7 CUPS OF WATER
1 TEASPOON OF SALT
2 SACHETS OF MILK FLAVOUR
1 TEASPOON OF NUTMEG
1 TEASPOON CHILI PEPPER
6 TABLESPOON OF MELTED MARGERINE
1.5LT. VEGETABLE OIL FOR FRYING

Some people add baking powder to sugar mixture. What do you think? Is possible to speak with you directly
You can add Baking power either ways. Give it a try and know which one would be best for you
A bigger spoon for both liquid and powder will surely make life easier. I was wondering why a very small spoon is used and many times before mixing the powder.
😀, Using a bigger spoon all through would give your product a bad taste. Meanwhile, its important to use the accurate measurements for perfect results

The one made without EGGS is more crunchy. Peanuts with eggs are usually soft and the shelf life is low

No. You can exclude margerine if you are using eggs

Yes, that's if you don't add margerine. Always add margerine and don't over coat your peanuts

Soaking of oil. Allow your oil to be hot before putting the peanuts.
Rough peanuts. After coating your peanuts, before frying. Try to rotate your bowl by counting 1-100 or more. Continue with the same process until you get your desired smoothness

You can add very little of all purpose flour. The chili peppers is optional

Try and learn with little quantity of grandnut. The peanuts will just be crunchy and not strong because of the margerine added

It's a 4 liter bucket of paint. After the paint is used up, the bucket is washed and used for measuring food products for sale in Nigerian markets. It's called paint bucket or paint rubber or rubber paint. If for example you want to buy raw peanuts or rice etc, you ask for 1 or more paint buckets of it (if that's the quantity you want) they then fill the paint bucket with rice or raw peanuts to a pyramid., then pour into a plastic bag for you. We have other measuring containers in different sizes. Hope this helps

If you like, but is better not to add preservatives. Make your PEANUTS in small quantity that can last upto 3 months

Rough coating.
You have to reduce the quantity of liquid you add . I.e. sprinkle one or two spoons at a time.
For the cracking. Make you you coat very well to avoid cracks

Yea, but with constant practice one would master it. The sugar quantity is okay for my customers preference. Meanwhile, you can choose to add sugar according to your taste.

Sorry for that, but that has nothing to do with your uncooked peanuts. Your Peanuts was not properly fried, perhaps the heat was too high. Next time make sure fry well.
Spread it in an oven tray and bake for some minutes to complete the process
The measurements you posted isn't matching with what you're doing . Like the amount of water to start with. Description say 7 cups but you said 3cups in your video
