COMMERCIAL SOAP MAKING COLD PROCESS USING SWIRL TECHNIQUE PALM KERNEL OIL.

Below are the list of ingredients to use
Water 3 liters
Palm kernel oil 3 liters
Caustic soda 600gram
Soda ash 100gram(optional)
Sodium sulphate 500gram
Sodium silicate gel 500ml
Calcium carbonate 500gram
Fragrance 80ml
Foam booster (optional 300-500ml)
Procedure
Dissolve all in water and allow to cool for 30mins to 1hour
Then pour into oil blend well and pour i to moulld.

If u are a soaper. Considee the silicate half liter and the mass of other dry. Components. Salat like caustic soda turnes into liquid when left in open air.
Make it ur self and see if u will het exactly what i got.
Then u can contact if u have any differences.

U must have done it all wrong. This is a simple procedure and comes out fantastic. Recap how u did it to know where u made alterations that caused ur seperation. Also check ur fragrance thanks.
