I hope you don't get rid of the chaff/pulp when you sieve the juices. It contains most of the fiber. You can use it for smoothies or in baking

How long should the melon juice be stored, mine usually has a weird taste after some few days
I prefer using freezer friendly containers for melon juice, so I can freeze even for a week.
