My way of smoking salmon
Ingredients
salmon sliced into about 2” strips
3 cups of Demerara sugar
3/4 cup of salt
Cover the fish pieces with that mixture
and refrigerate it for 24 hours
Rinse the salt and sugar mixture of and let air dry for a couple of hours
I smoked it for about 2. 1/2 hr at 150 degrees of then let the heat do the rest. Again about the same time .
Let it cool before Vacuum packing it. - บันเทิง
