Single Man's Recipe Smoked Salmon

- After catching 5 Salmon trout we prepare to smoke the filets using a dry brine.
The brine is 2 cups sea salt and 2 cups sugar.
Smoked in a Treager smoker for 3 hours at 185 degrees. Can smoke longer for more of a jerky result.
