I’m mixed. It’s a cleaner look, but I don’t like it combined with the raised square. I think though that it would differentiate itself from the pros more and share more aesthetics with the SE4 leaked layout.

If they simply make the camera module as it is on the iPhone X then it'll be better in my opinion. For me iPhone X,XS,XS Max had the best camera layout.

I personally like the cyclops camera looks of the iPhone cameras. I think it gave it more character and if true with the upcoming iPhone 16 I think it'd be a great look for it.

I typically upgrade my phone every 3 years now. I started this when I went from the 7 Plus to the 12 Pro Max, and then from the 12 Pro Max to the 15 Pro Max this year. I find doing it this way enough has changed to make the upgrade worth it. Prior to this, I upgraded every 2 years. So based on this video's predictions, 3 years, and the camera migration will be complete plus anything else Apple is doing at the same time. At least, theoretically .
Bravo, Apple! I absolutely loathe and detest vertical video. Our eyes are horizontally aligned, not vertically. Cinemas are low slung horizontally-aligned buildings, not high-rises. God, I wish every single phone had a Killswitch built into it aligned with its gyroscope, that would absolutely prevent people from taking vertical videos.
Wow this design is totally genius, completely different...by 1mm. Tim the Accountant just cannot stop amaze me every year. With this rate of Apple innovation I may consider upgrading in 2030.
Was hoping we could get the foldable iPhone next year but probably not
The capture button has to be capacitive because when you think about it if the button is physical then every time you take a pic you will push down and move the phone which is not good for taking photos.
I really do hope they go with this and update the camera layout for the first time since… so long. Yeah sure they rotated the cameras slightly and had them diagonal but who cares, that’s barely a change, let’s make it look like iPhone XS 👍
And what about the Pros? Large square Pixel 5 Pro - type camera bump to follow the new design language!
Pros will probably stay the same as they already have vertical cameras

It’s not clickbait, it’s the trending topic with tech users right now if you go to the tech tab in your news app you see iPhone 16 leaks at the top because that’s what people are interested in. So Vadim and Max are just going where the people’s interest is

For now i call them dry rumors because thats what they are. The iphone 15 is hot just kinda released, ipad event next year so i get why people keep talking to keep the name. I know he does reviews i respect that but the rumors for 16 tho. That's aids for now. Talks will be nice around aug sept of next year

When the iPhone 14 was released, there were already rumors of the 15 which turned out be true a year later. Nothing wrong with reporting on rumors. These phones are finished months in advance.

Wasn’t the gap in cameras not only to save resources but to simulate the gaps between your eyes to make it easier for spatial video to seperate things
Apple needs to add 3 button navigation as an option. I'm android user and to me one of the biggest reasons for not switching to iPhone is this.

I’d like to see Nintendo 3DS style screen to view spatial video without glasses on the next iPhone.
They need to put it in the centre and make it horizontal, so it sits flat, that would be a much better design i reckon… if they need it vertical for 3D recording then still put it center…

That smartphones never had a dedicated camera button, but those cheap dumb phones with touch display had them is beyond me. Or that your smartphone warns you that shut down will be imminent due to drained battery. My very first proper smartphone had it and none after that.

@@pamimo6991 It's DC dimming. Only SOME Android phones have it, like Xoami. It's a tiny pool of modern phones sadly due to OLED popularity. PWM is better for colors, but flashes. Bad for eye health and migraines. Google "dc dimming phones" and look for a website named Epey UK, filter on 2023 newest models, 13 currently made this year.
