    Ahhhhhhahaha thank for all the lovely comments about my meals being repetitive and boring. You’re awesome!! I have scrapped all my other what I eats because yours are where it’s at.
    We’ve lost touch with what’s normal. Having a different meal and cooking it from a hectic recipe has given me so much stress during my ED. And only made things worse.
    You’re awesome Claire!!! Keep doing what you’re doing.

    Hi Claire! I just wanted to say I love your videos and channel! I disagree with your meals being repetitive and boring! It's good inspo! I LOVE seeing how a realistic week plays out with a normal grocery haul. I actually prefer your videos to the TH-camrs that do What I Eat in a Day videos where they cook elaborate meals 3-4x a day that may be delicious and amazing, but aren't realistic for me on a work day. I don't want complicated recipes that use too many ingredients and have too many steps (or dishes to clean) - especially throughout the work week.
    Trying to balance health, flavor, and ease feels like a constant battle and balance, but I think your videos are realistic and super helpful! Obviously we can't make everyone happy, so keep doing you girl and maybe introduce "new" recipes or maybe just simple alternatives as you go if that's what the people want haha Sending love from Michigan! xo

      Thank you so much for the comment!! I always strive to make meals that are both healthy and realistic! Im sure that I will introduce new recipes, especially as the weather changes. I find that when the season changes I tend to switch up my meals a lot! But in the mean time I will try to sprinkle in a few new ones or some alternatives! 💚

    When you make your breakfast burritos you might try just putting your tortilla directly on top of the egg and vegetable mixture in the pan when it is still uncooked. Continue cooking until the egg Is done. Then take the egg and tortilla out of the pan and roll up or fold like a taco.

    I Love your videos 😍 I've just discovered your channel and your meals are fantastic. It's so nice to see realistic meal options that reduce grocery waste and actually use leftover items for new meals 😊 I've got some serious channel bingeing to do now 😅

    Definitely warm up the tortilla before wrapping. Place mixture in the middle of tortilla, fold up one long side over mixture, fold in sides and then roll up, using your hand as guides to keep it tight.

    I think it is wonderful that some people are able to find this diet healthy and enabling in life. I ate nearly the same things and ended up with nodules and cysts all over my body especially my thyroid and liver. Turns out this type of a diet is super high in oxalic acid and while I felt great on this diet for a year or so, the oxalic acid build up in my organs and then my muscles and bones really caused me to fall hard and I have not looked up from the chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, full on cardiovascular melt down and so much more. I now eat more animal protein and some veggies and fruits but no high oxalic acid foods like nuts and seeds and carrots, tofu etc. It is still so much fun to watch these videos as this is exactly the kind of culinary life I gravitate towards!

    I just purchased your guide & I'm so excited to continue reading through it! I'm curious to know: do you keep tahini, almond butter, and peanut butter in the fridge or at room temperature in the pantry? Additionally, how do you clean the skin of the Japanese & purple sweet potatoes before roasting? I usually scrub them, but it's not always the most effective. Still, I figure the skin contains both micronutrients and antioxidants worth eating!

      For any sort of nut and seed butter I give them a good stir and store them in the fridge. For the sweet potatoes, I buy them organic, so I give them a really good scrub with a brush. Sometimes I will soak them in water and baking soda if I have time! Hope that helps 💚

    That cherry chia pudding looks amazing! For grain free tortillas - I usually just make quesadillas because it's easier to assemble and eat! Do you add adaptogens into your coffee? And do you grind it yourself? Congrats on the guide BTW =)

      It is sooo good! I will have to try the quesadillas with the grain free tortillas, a few others have suggest that as well!
      I don't add any adaptogens to my coffee. I have tried the mushroom coffees in the past, I have just never liked the taste of them. If I take adaptogens it is usually in a supplement form or in a tea!

      @@drclairelockridgend I def had to play around with ratios and brands to get a tasty blend of adaptogenic coffee. I think starting with iced coffee makes it easier to get the right flavor balance. And cinnamon and maple syrup or honey always help ;)

    Hi, as always it was a pleasure to watch your video. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. I have just one question. I live in Poland and it's quite hard to get a Japanese sweet potato here. I can get mostly a regular sweet potato. Is there any difference between them when it comes to nutrition? Can I use a regular one as a substitute?

      So glad that you like the content! You can definitely sub the Japanese sweet potato for a regular sweet potato (or any starchy vegetable that is available to you). There are some minor nutritional differences but both are very nutrient dense and a great addition!

    Love your videos! Thank you so much, Claire! I'd like to share one of my favorite combos lately. I roast a sheetpan of onion, red pepper and sweet potato. I combine with eggs or pasta or my favorite, chicken, greek olives, coconut aminos and sometimes rice. It's really good!

      For kids and teens the best milk alternative is going to be soy. It has the most similar macronutrient makeup compared to cow milk. I like the Soy milk from the brand Eden because it just has soy beans and water. Keep in mind that milk alternatives will have significantly less calcium than milk (unless fortified), so looking for ways to increase the child/ teens calcium will also be important.
