I carry a one pound tungsten carbide ball (egg shaped) on a 34" stainless rope chain around my neck. All gold plated. Looks like jewelry but you can crack open 3 sculls in 7 seconds when you learn how to swing it. It can also break 2" bulletproof glass and break through 1/8" thick steel in seconds. I appreciate the way you present yourself to educate people, and also give respect to the law and that these types of things are only under extreme circumstances.
I was in line at an airport once, and they had what I can only assume was a large thermal or ultrasound scanner pod built onto the metal detector, which fed an image to a large, nearby display. The screen actually highlighted items of, again I'm guessing, a certain size/shape/density/bulk if they were on your person. One poor woman a few spaces ahead of me was probably two seconds away from being detained, because the machine thought she was carrying something about 10 inches long concealed on her back. It was very quickly realized by the TSA technician that the machine was highlighting her braided hair and not some kind of weapon, and it was all nervous laughter and, "that's so cool!" for a few moments after that. But her face was the image of pure fear for the brief instance beforehand. I don't really have a point here, it was just something this video brought to mind. The stuff we're coming up with to keep each other safe is remarkable sometimes.

Really a 3" ceramic paring knife that cost 5$ at Wal-Mart is practically the exact same thing. There are a lot of ceramic knifes for cheaper but just like u said to have the peace of mind that there is no metal is well worth buying from bone Also a clinch pic version would be awesome
Most ceramic knives have metal in the handle. People have ground off the blade with a Dremel and mounted it in a wooden or plastic handle free of metal.
I just bought 2 knives the other day. Im sold. Ill buy 2 or 3 next payday. Ive been extremely disappointed with the concealed carry fixed blades ive purchased so far.
I’m all for something more npe, but isn’t ceramic super breakable? I know it’s sharp and harder than steel, but the reason you temper steel so it becomes less hard so it isn’t so fragile. I’d hate to have a situation and have my blade break off after one thrust. I have a ceramic knife for kitchen stuff but you wash it by hand so it doesn’t shatter in the sink or dishwasher. I like the idea a lot, but def concerned Id end up standing there with a plastic handle and a pissed off opponent with a ceramic blade stuck in him somewhere but still coming at me

Personally if I felt the need for a self defense tool in a non-permissive environment I would prefer to have a dual use product i.e. something that has an obvious non-lethal purpose but can be utilized for self defense when needed. Imagine trying to explain an expensive ceramic knife hung around your neck to border security in Indonesia or Thailand should they find it. You'd be spending the next decade in a cage if you're lucky.
does the fact that your version contains no metal make it traceable since other versions have metal? if this was evidence, would authorities open it up to check in order to trace it back to the maker? I answered that question in detail in the video and in the website description. It’s untraceable. Can’t be more clear on this. Custom order start with a $1000 nonrefundable deposit and I currently have an approximately six month waiting list
I have many kitchen knives with ceramic blade, and in many store they are available with white and black blade. HERE IS MY QUESTION : Can you have your ceramic knife with a black blade ? I definitely think it would be a great commercial success !!!
most companies put things in their ceramic blades to stop people from doing what he's talking about in this video, , any kitchen made ceramic knife will def have metal inside it, they put it in there on purpose.
A black ceramic blade could be achieved with a coating but not commonly done. Ceramic is cost prohibitive to coat. With cure time and material cost it would add a minimum of 10-15- per piece. As for most kitchen knives they have hidden steel pins locking the blade to the handles. The blade isn't a full tang so it needs something to prevent moment in curing and reduce c people carrying them
Of people opt out of the metal detector. Is if a metal detector may cause a seizure ora pacemaker or some one with a metal plate in there skull. Like me.
I understand that this knife is far superior to other non metallic knives, but i have to say that the delta dart from cold steel is an incredibly strong plastic shank that can easily be taped to your thigh or tucked away in your waistband. Its what ive been using while going to public events like concerts where i cant bring my handgun. I have successfully been able to get my glock 43 into an event once but i wont explain how lol.
I recall also that the head of the TSA imposed the xray machines in airports, went to work with the company that makes them. He said they would show molded plastics as well.
Mine apart from looking different and being made from different materials also are virtually undetectable and untraceable. Now that I mention it I can’t think of any similarities… other than that they’re both knives 🤣
@@BoneTactical so does a ceramic kitchen knife with an injected handle show up with metal detectors? I’m not trying to diss your product, I’m truly interested. I was just wondering why it would be better than a ceramic kitchen knife with an injection molded handle
@@gabeofalltrades0770 the knife comes with a sheath as well yes. In this case the sheath allows the knife to be carried much more effectively in non permissive environments
@@gabeofalltrades0770 most ceramic kitchen knives have metal rods or powder injected or placed in the handle so they can’t be brought through metal detectors

Was in my early 50's & looked like a cop.
Have no fear young man, I’ve done much more seemingly dangrous things with this knife worn as a necklace. You can confide in the design and workmanship that it will not harm you. Now, if you don’t know how to use a knife… that’s a different story. If you don’t put it completely in the sheath, then it could be dangerous or if you leave it flying and flapping in the wind then of course you could lose it. But as long as you use a bit of discretion and carry it properly, it will serve you well!
A lot can go through TSA apparently. Last time I flew I saw a guy with a skateboard inside the terminal at ORD! That's a freaking weapon right there WTF!
Make a monkey's fist or celtic slammer with a golf ball with no metal. Pass it off as a keyring. Go for the ribs, a headshot can kill, broken ribs disable.
You can get small ceramic knives with plastic "sheaths" at Walmart and dollar stores now o.o Also reiterate Ceramic is great for Cut, very bad for Poke, due to fragility.
Very true, also dropping ceramics once can cause them to shatter like glass. G10 can take a pretty decent edge for slashes and will ypically hold strong for pokes. Prices are usually higher than ceramic because they are handmade with American materials.
@@phl_knives Yus, however I was also thinking along the lines of Easy Access, thats why I mentioned places like Walmart, which are in most countries and have small ceramic kitchen knives for cheaper than what this guy is selling. I will say though a ceramic knife would not be my first choice no matter what the quality, but anything is better than bare fists in most situations. O.o
@@grayeaglej Oh without a doubt, benefits of a Walmart or any big box store for a few bucks and a rattle can of matte black, spray paint and some tape you could do it to a steel and ceramic knife. But yes steel could be added. It could literally vary on the model and how long it has been on the shelf or if it is a new design. I absolutely agree better than bare hands, a knife is a must especially in less than ideal conditions.
@@risingforce9291 Not carbon fiber, it is a conductors in most cases which pops on a magnetometer. Most people who sold NPE tools in CF have recalled them for that reason. Usually with G10 or ceramic. I do agree an ice pick would work but smaller hole, larger grip would make it more difficult to carry discreetly. It will puncture for sure. I've seen some nasty concealed NPEs that are hollow and act like a 1/4" drain tube.

Tungsten carbide is way harder than carbon steel and twice the weight, heavy as Gold. 1 lb. ball is only 1.2" round! Indestructible. Been through 100's of airports with it. TSA says "NICE NECKLACE, HOW MUCH DID THIS COST?" Homemade.
They ask how much it cost because if it’s over $10,000 they can take it from you be careful with that. And while if you are preparing for Viking combat it’s a pretty awesome idea I’m not sure that I would want to carry some thing that heavy around my neck ever let alone every day
If this thing could "rip fingers off easy" wouldn't it cut your neck and shit up? Unless you mean you just like raw strength pull them off in a tug of war type situation

I have sewn knife sheaths on the inside of my field jacket sleeves before. Actually have one on my current jacket.

A great little backup idea.
Only problem being if you are wearing a field jacket in public, it kind of defeats the purpose of carrying a concealed blade
Ooof Greg, at 6:38 i was getting flashbacks of The Counselor were they use that piano wire thing... that was bad
Best non metallic you can buy. There are carbide type knives you can buy, but you will pay out the ass and they're to thin for defense. I have one, and I love it. If you know what your doing with a blade, and you carry one for defense, you should have this. This guy is not price gouging. You can't find anything like this for less.
You can’t find anything like this at all! Let alone for less!
I appreciate the way you present yourself to educate people, and also give respect to the law and that these types of things are only under extreme circumstances.

The only place you "shouldn't" have a knife is where theirs a no weapons sign.
Otherwise fuck subtlety
Might be a stupid question but Being ceramic does it break if dropped on say, the street?
No question is stupid, I don’t know the answer either tho…

Been carrying a cheap steel one for a while buy have a ceramic as well just in case and it is plenty sharp and easily sturdy enough to last through a self defense situation, and really that's all it needs to. Not like it gets used like a bushcraft/camp knife.
I’m watching this as a form of entertainment 😃
You have to start somewhere young man 👊🏼
pure comedy, watch out for chopper blades. What a fkn muppet he is.
I would just buy a new knife after traveling to the new country.
The risk isn't worth it for me lol.
not always an option and could be too late while you're out looking for one!
I stay my ass out of non permissive environments. All ways Carry. Stay where you can control your environment. I'm not a fuckin spy.
As a Christian it can be hard defending my right to self-defense. What do you think about it? Also is the knife still undetectable by metal detectors?
I think there is a lot of information here you will find extremely helpful if you can concentrate and dedicate yourself to learning and self-improvement
This is a little off point, Ming Tsai used ceramic cooking knives. I bought one for cooking. Super knife, very sharp, ceramic knives are very functional. And for those people out there who do stupid things, please don't send stupid emails or comments. We live in a red-flag society......
So yours does come with plastic screws in the sheath? It was a little ambiguous when you said "You can put plastic screws in here" so I wanted to be sure
No it doesn’t need them. It’s an optional add-on for other methods of carry. The video makes that quite clear.
So if it is a martial law bug out scenario, do we destroy: debit, credit cards, ID? Do we erase all apps and information from our phones and toss it? Basically any possible gadget that the government can track us with when we bug out?

@@MrSwaga1 its a joke
you can even just use paper.. that big old sheet of paper.
Hahaha
Hmm, is it fragile at all? Easy to sharpen?
homie u a salesman 😂 keep it up got me feelin inspired
So where can you buy the ceramic thing?
I carry a karambit, I wonder if there are ceramic karambits?do you make special orders?
No, kind of defeats the purpose
There are a lot of ceramic knifes for cheaper but just like u said to have the peace of mind that there is no metal is well worth buying from bone
Also a clinch pic version would be awesome
Most ceramic knives have metal in the handle. People have ground off the blade with a Dremel and mounted it in a wooden or plastic handle free of metal.
Cheap kitchen knives
This is just because im interested, this feels illegal to watch
I just bought 2 knives the other day. Im sold. Ill buy 2 or 3 next payday. Ive been extremely disappointed with the concealed carry fixed blades ive purchased so far.
Just place and order for few things. Trying to support y. Great channel.
WildOn2s Vlog Thanks for your business
Most ceramic knives are brittle and will brake if hit bone may not cut through a heavy carhart type jacket
Not mine
@@BoneTactical thank you sir for your reply
No I believe they've thought of that , I've heard they put a trace of metal just enough to detect.
Everyone else that makes similar knives does yes. Ours are free of metal. As stated.
I like the idea a lot, but def concerned Id end up standing there with a plastic handle and a pissed off opponent with a ceramic blade stuck in him somewhere but still coming at me
I’ve got one on my boat I’ve been using to cut bait and clean fish with since I came out with them I skinned an entire Buffalo with one and I’ve never broken one. Video? is up here scanning the Buffalo by the way and these are not cheap kitchen knives they can’t really be compared
@@BoneTactical I was pretty sure buffalo are a protected species, after greedy white hunters nearly wiped them out?
@@garychandler4296 We are talking about different species of Buffalo but the bison you are referring to are still only protected Under certain circumstances
I wasnt able to get this answer, so I thought id just ask you. Do you make custom versions of this? Keep up the good work man. love your products.
HERE IS MY QUESTION :
Can you have your ceramic knife with a black blade ?
I definitely think it would be a great commercial success !!!
most companies put things in their ceramic blades to stop people from doing what he's talking about in this video, , any kitchen made ceramic knife will def have metal inside it, they put it in there on purpose.
A black ceramic blade could be achieved with a coating but not commonly done. Ceramic is cost prohibitive to coat. With cure time and material cost it would add a minimum of 10-15- per piece.
As for most kitchen knives they have hidden steel pins locking the blade to the handles. The blade isn't a full tang so it needs something to prevent moment in curing and reduce c people carrying them
When you ask for a pat down - why do TSA allow you to bypass the metal detector?
Of people opt out of the metal detector. Is if a metal detector may cause a seizure ora pacemaker or some one with a metal plate in there skull. Like me.
The new security gates are also low x-ray, it shows on the image where there is something on your body different than clothes.
Cold Steel ! Bone ,Cold Steel !
good little blade guy.
Nice video. I have questions but it's a nice video.
smilingscottsman thanks
I understand that this knife is far superior to other non metallic knives, but i have to say that the delta dart from cold steel is an incredibly strong plastic shank that can easily be taped to your thigh or tucked away in your waistband. Its what ive been using while going to public events like concerts where i cant bring my handgun. I have successfully been able to get my glock 43 into an event once but i wont explain how lol.
I've suitcased bigger, no impressed..

ceramic shows up in xrays though. so going through the airport and trying to get onto a plane is going to be impossible.
Exactly
I recall also that the head of the TSA imposed the xray machines in airports, went to work with the company that makes them. He said they would show molded plastics as well.
He doesn't know what he's talking about,he's a salesman plus obsidian is the sharpest non metallic blade. But an exray would pick that up as well.
What is the difference between that and a ciramic kitchen knife on Amazon?
Mine apart from looking different and being made from different materials also are virtually undetectable and untraceable. Now that I mention it I can’t think of any similarities… other than that they’re both knives 🤣
@@BoneTactical so does a ceramic kitchen knife with an injected handle show up with metal detectors? I’m not trying to diss your product, I’m truly interested. I was just wondering why it would be better than a ceramic kitchen knife with an injection molded handle
@@BoneTactical is it about the sheath? I noticed the sheath and knife is $40 and the knife is 10.
Excellent video!!
Do you make any G-10 versions so when you absolutely can't carry a weapon
G-10 knives are a terrible idea
Went to a ANGELS baseball game around 2003 -2005 , I hade a 3.5 '' blade folder & outside I had a guy with the hand held metal detector it went off & I pulled my keys out & he did it again & it went off .He looked me in the eyes & said go ahead inside. He knew that I had something else ,but let me go. Was in my early 50's & looked like a cop.

you say or buy from you - but i do not see how?
if u ride a motorcycle on a daily basis this knife pointed towards the throat is haunting

Go for the ribs, a headshot can kill, broken ribs disable.

any of the advice that this guy give will get you in alot of trouble.
You can get small ceramic knives with plastic "sheaths" at Walmart and dollar stores now o.o
Also reiterate Ceramic is great for Cut, very bad for Poke, due to fragility.
I absolutely agree better than bare hands, a knife is a must especially in less than ideal conditions.
why not develop another weapon like an icepick/shiv with "three sided pyramid". Ceramic or carbon fibre.
Zero on cutting but 100 on piercing.
I have two ceramic knifes but I only use it to cook 😂
