    Hi namrata,
    This is varsha, I m following your belly fat workout from last month
    It's showing positive change in body shape, my weight is 61 kg and height is 5.2 .
    Along with your suggested exercise I do zumba for 10 minutes and 30 to 40 suryanamskar daily morning and evening too.
    I look slim than before but the weight has no change.
    So getting bored sometime that y weight is not getting less.
    Even I eat single banana empty stomach, and then lunch and 4 o'clock black tea of jaggery and then dinner.
    I take only jaggery tea all the time without milk.
    It will be great help if you suggest any changes in my system.

    It was very nice watching the video.. being a student i need to sit for 10-12 hours a day and find no proper time to exercise sleep cycle is very odd.

    Hi Namrata mam ... Ur videos are always so helpful ... I follow all ur flat stomach and butt exercises and mam sometimes I increase the reps as shown in the videos so r v just supposed to do only the reps for each exercise as guided by u or we can increase ?
