    Hi Namrata..have been following your videos for past few days and really find them doable and helpful..I delivered my 2nd baby 6months back and have put on 10kgs in each delivery..now even after 6months my middle and lower belly looks like a pumpkin as though m still carrying a 8months baby..plz help or suggest what to do..I am trying to do regular running and club with your exercises..

      and also to get toned and lean. You must remember to eat healthy and also do a
