Is it part of Kingwood? When I moved here I toured some of the houses in that neighborhood. I was told the neighborhood was part of Montgomery County, was in a different school district than the rest of Kingwood, The trails don't connect to Kingwood's trails, and didn't participate in Kingwood Services Assocation HOA. I took that to mean that the areas wasn't really Kingwood.
@@jbsulliv well now that I'm here it's definitely Kingwood and Harris county. But everything on the addresses says Humble even Atascocita gets a Humble address. I see in other places around here they do that as well. Houston is weird with area's.
Thank you for all these great videos. Wanting to relocate to Tx to go to medical school over there, any idea if the new apartments on plantation dr in Conroe are located in a good area? or suggestions on apartments in Conroe?
I’d live in these if I were in med school here. Watermark at Grand Central Park (833) 722-0661 goo.gl/maps/mmovXj19wAEtePWq7 Are you attending sam Houston medical school?
It is NOTHING like The Woodlands, where I previously lived. Not as well maintained, roads and medians are neglected, not as many neighborhood amenities, very poor shopping options except for groceries and mundane restaurants. Many homes and yards are aging and unsightly. Under-served policing. Electrical grid is the worst in the whole Houston area because of poor maintenance of lines and trees. Flooding is insanely poorly addressed. It deserves the "bad rap." I moved here to be near family, but so far, so disappointed.

What I find weird about the Kingwood outline is that tan area ( Kings Manor ) is also apart of Kingwood as well but it doesn't say on the map. 🤔
