I have one. It's super easy to make it a little faster, at least if you have the turbo (which you need). The turbo has a bypass valve, and it's adjustable with just a couple nuts and you get free extra boost. Add an aftermarket intake (the stock intake is the first restriction) and it's no longer painfully slow.
I own a Jimny, and love it to death, but you can clearly tell Mitsubishi put tonnes more thought into how to use the interior space. Using the little storage tray under the boot/trunk floor to raise it to the height of the rear seats when tilted is small, but really clever.

This car looks like someone has made a kids go kart in the style of the Pajero. This would be a decent car to have on a property for teens to drive as it's got the bare essentials and it'd make them hype aware of there surroundings. I'm suprised you guys found a cricket translator as I only thought you could get them for crows and maggies lol 😂. Brilliant job guys and I look forward to this Sunday's video as per usual 👍.

Problem with these mini 4wds, theres not much space to fit your camping gear. And you end up stacking heaps of stuff on the roof rack hitting things and heaps of wind noise
Fold the rear seats forward gets plenty of storage for true camping and use it to limit how much crap your missus brings. You can also just pull a small trailer. They are surprisingly cheap to buy.
I have one and had a problem with the gear box - cost me $4700 to repair - paying import fee, import part and mechanic labour - if I would not have that problem (which I bought the car like that without knowing - lack of knowledge on cars) the car is perfect - haven’t take it off road but I can’t wait to see what my mini can do on the beach.
The Ol Man was driving the Alto RS tonight down to the Fish n Chip shop. He was backing out and was like Oh doesn't have a reverse camera (he drives a Road Train as his daily😂) I remarked "It's a Smeg Toaster what do yo need a Reverse Camera For? You need it? Hand in your ticket😂'

I love your channel. Could you please do a review on a VOLVO V40 D2 if possible. It is a great option in terms of fuel consumption but I have no idea of what it is like to drive. Keep up the good work. Luckily South-African cars are mostly the same as yours.
I do like small cute cars but the lack of torque and power would be a concern l not talking great amounts of power just enough to cruise at 110 kph which any decent 4 cylinder can do
we chat it up without referring to written records for transmission and engine care plus the CV axles , hubs, and many other components such as struts and sway bar care. Fuel pumps don't reliably go much more than 65-80k miles...change it out! Any car, any truck. There's a zip load of other considerations when buying a used vehicle. Best is good record keeping. No paper? Don't buy!

If you're that desperate to own a miniature Pajero then buy a Pajero IO for a quarter of the price and with 3 times the engine capacity. Or better yet, put your big boy panties on and buy a far more practical, capable and probably more economical real Pajero.
Pajero won 4 Dakar rallies, keeping the first 4 stands. But the company changed mrk plans and stopped progress and creativity. The mini pajero shows exact that.....
Check Carsforsale, gumtree, marketplace and in the inventory of every importer in the country, there are plenty available, they just have a habit of selling quickly. - AK

wish i could have one. Afaik, Pajero mini is IFS unlike the Jimny, hence it is more comfortable.
This has a bigger brother that is more matched to Suzuki Jimny.. It is the Pajero iO or Pajero Pinin.
The Pajero iO is bigger than the Jimny, it has four full sized doors.

I'll stick with my 3dr Suzuki Grand Vitara. 2.4, comfortable and solid.
For the price they are way under powered, Rav4 or Suzuki Grand vitara better choice.
The 2 main problems with the Suzuki Jimny are: it needs to be 2 inches wider & longer and a 2 liter engine instead of 1.5 🤔
