    I just wanted to thank you guys again. You’ve done wonders for me physically and mentally. I feel stronger and calmer since doing your workouts with you!!! I will always support you.     It's really nice to work out with Daniel .
    With him I am sure I am not compromising my joints.
    Unless it's hiit then that's a different story.

    Fitness Blender has helped me so much in the past 2 months. From 80 kg to now 70 kg, with a height of 5’ 7”; and my sugar level is borderline diabetic.
    It’s funny though that it wasn’t me who has realized the changes that happened on my body, but those around me; and what a great validation that is because working out is truly hardwork.
    Thank you, Daniel and Kelli. You both have been not only my fit-spiration, but my life savers as well.

      Sometimes I talk back at them to be honest. I don’t listen to music much while working out but when I do I can’t help but sing. If you’re used to exercising it’s not so bad

    I used to do these workouts during the lockdown, I always had to stop after half of it. I was just too weak. For the last few months i regularly went to the gym, improved a lot, lost some weight and just generally feel much better. Today I had to skip gym, but still wanted to do something, so I came back to this. Managed to pull through it fully, what a nice feeling of accomplishment. Thank you!

    this is my first time using fitness blender (bc of quarantine i’m trying to stay in shape) and i can say w/o. a doubt i was very satisfied. daniel is very good at giving out instructions and it makes the workout so much more enjoyable even in lying on the ground with jello legs.

    I’ve been doing y’all’s workouts for 3 or 4 yrs now and I love it! I feel like what’s most important is how much I’ve learned from y’all and y’all’s videos! I’m pretty sure I could write my own workouts at this point lol Granted I’d much rather do y’all’s videos instead 😊 all in all y’all do great work and it is truly appreciated!!

    I managed to do the first exercise, the lunge all the way through. Very proud of myself and felt the burn! Thanks for not including the burpees in this workout!

    Absolutely love the option of using weights or body weight. I mostly used weights but really enjoyed the versatility of this workout. My legs are definitely jell-o now. Thank you so much!

    My favorite kind of workout, no jumping yet my heart-rate was spiked frequently throughout, even breathing hard a couple of times and worked up a decent sweat. AAaaand I am sore today after doing this yesterday. Used 8lbs per hand. was a perfect tempo too so I could keep good form and go deep. Loved this one Kelli and Daniel! Thank you from Missouri!

    I just had surgery a few weeks ago and I'm just getting back into working out and this was just right not too strenuous and not too easy.

    This is one of my favorite lower body workouts and I do it regularly. Everytime I do it, I use weights. And I am sore for literally two or three days afterwards! I always think, "Why do I do this to myself!?" Then I do it again. I must be one of those gluttons for punishment Daniel refers to in this! Haha! Thanks for all you do Daniel and Kelli.

    This was a great base workout to modify. I made it a total body strength by adding a complimentary upper body strength move with dumbbells.

    love this workout with and without weights. without still kicks my butt especially on days when my legs are still sore from the other day's workout. Also, I like how the videos are just straight to the point without the fancy introductions like other workout videos.

    I loved this! Lunges aggravate my knees, so on the second round of lunge pulses I subbed single-legged bridges :) Thank you for all the work you do, and God bless!

    I don't have dumbbells but I still wanted to challenge myself so I used a resistance band. MY LEGS ARE BURNING!! Definitely recommend!

    No equipment strength training is just what i wanted. I guessing a upper body version will follow eventually.

      They actually have plenty of no-equipment upper body trainings already, for example th-cam.com/video/n-gj7ZOHrU0/w-d-xo.html If you go to their website, there is a very useful filter you can use to search for workouts for specific body parts, you can filter only the no-equipment workouts, choose the difficulty, training type, etc. I really recommend it.

    Great. Can easily modify with weights. I did some with dumbells/kettlebell and some bodyweight. Like the rhythm 15/45 seconds.

    Whew! This one was TOUGH. Not even a single jump, did it entirely with just bodyweight; but still, it kept my heart rate constantly high and got me sweating buckets :)
    This routine calls for good core work too, in order to maintain control and balance throughout the interval. Butt and thighs are definitely gonna be quite sore the next couple of days! Workout Complete!!

    When I started working out at first I really struggled because I was about 45 lbs overweight. Well I lost 45 pounds plus some but I ended up putting a little bit of weight back on due to Christmas holiday dinners LOL but I just wanted to say that you to have changed my life dramatically! I know I love to look at myself in the mirror I love the coaching that you guys actually give during your videos and Daniel you're the awesome! You have changed my life but your girlfriend did much more LOL
