This is the type of workout that I needed desperately. I struggle with working out because I get bored or distracted easily. Each workout was different and I didn't get stuck in a routine. I really hope you come out with more of these targeting the upper body and other such things. Please. This got me to workout the whole length without even noticing it. It's amazing. Thank you so much.

I've been shopping around a bunch of fitness youtubers to get some of my quarantine/pandemic isolation energy out and bump up my stamina and strength, and so many of them give you no instructions on how to time your breathing. I can't tell you how many times the instructor says "Keep breathing!" during a move and I'm just standing there going "How???" Your tips were so helpful and I really felt like I could handle the workout!

This was really fun! At first glance, I thought it might be too easy (I love your lower body strength that blasts my muscles and then I usually toast them with pilates afterwards), but by adding jumps and more weight to different parts of this routine I was breathing hard, sweating and walking like a newborn giraffe by the end! So happy to see you back and doing what you can, especially with such a beautiful smile on your face! You are a great example of handling the setbacks that life throws at you with grace and perseverance. I'm sure you struggled to learn that the hard way... It's painfully sad to have to stop exercising when you love how it makes you feel and is your source of stress relief. I had to take a similar break after being injured in a car wreck. It was awful... The very thing I wanted to do to manage that stress was a no-go for awhile, and then it was like being a beginner all over again. I learned hard lessons during that time. But now, years later, I'm not only back to my original level of fitness, but working out with you both before the accident and after aided in my recovery and reduces the frequency of painful flare ups! Welcome back, it was so fun to do this new workout with you :)

25/7/22 - lower body strength today- just picked this routine at the last minute. Totally flew by. Lifted a bit heavier for some. Still had some energy left over for a 20mins walking workout at the end 28/6/22 - decided to take it easy this week, as I may have strained my lower back a bit lifting weights my body wasn’t ready for last week. So I’m super glad I came across this routine, that had pilates and HIIT as well as weights; which I was more than happy to lift lighter and keep proper form. Always love the bored easily series as well 👍🏼 What would I do without Kelli and Daniel! 💕
This was the first workout I did after being sick with covid in december and let me tell you I was STRUGGLING 😭 but I finished it (barely) and the only way is up! Just gotta stay motivated and be thankful I recovered and am able to get back to working out again🙏🏻

This was a beast of a workout, never in my life have I sweated so much from a 42 minute workout. Right now I am slightly out of shape yet I still manage to complete this like a badass, pushing to the max, full form, few breaks, and it wasn't an easy workout. Glad to know my body still got it, and maybe being away from exercise for a while is what fueled it to prove itself and that it can absolutely conquer anything. Super glad to be back! #FBFit3 Day 1 complete like a badass!
