Love the Carmel. Just wished it didn't have the brown plastic. That car has black...Carmel....brown and grey...too many colors in one car...in my opinion.
Typical Toyota crap design! I’m not impressed with my wife’s last 2 Toyotas. 2019 RAV4 Hybrid now a 21 Highlander Hybrid. Uncomfortable even though they’re the premium trim. Leaking sunroofs terrible navigation systems and just plain uncomfortable. I’ll stick with my 2018 Navigator for comfort and reliability. Toyota has become Hyundai/Kia quality.
@@stevenwelchtoyota I will say one thing good about her current Toyota, the gas mileage is great. I talked her in to replacing her 2006 limited RAV4 but quickly regretted it. That was a very reliable well built little vehicle. I find the new Toyotas seem cheap in build quality. I appreciate and respect your quick reply though. Cheers.

I will say that there have been a couple of things I think went the wrong way but as a whole there is no better vehicle made out there when considering all the pillars especially reliability, resale and, price.
