Back in the late 90s and early 2000s I lived there on Terrance. Rented a room for $200/month when I was in college at ucsb. I loved it there and there was a Spanish restaurant that was near by that was delicious
What a wonderful tour of the Mesa. Being that I was raised on the Mesa before moving to Paso Robles I had the most excellent place to call home 🏡. I played on the Wilcox property as a kid and later rode my dirt bike all around there. I walked those beaches hundreds of times and always had so much fun 🤩. Thank you Joe for bringing back so many beautiful memories. Santa Barbara will always be home to me. Thank you again for highlighting this wonderful place. Blessings,Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸
2200 homes on the Mesa. I been here since i was 21, 48 years ago. The beaches have deteriorated. Not many families at The Lane, or Hendries, playing in the water. It's rocky now. This pic of me is also skating in The Mesa. Fun place. But the beaches were funner, back more than 3 years.....
Thanks for watching and commenting. Yes inventory is very tight. Did you know that about 15% of the properties are being sold off market? This means that there’s some available inventory out there that a lot of people don’t know about if they’re not plugged in. Would love to learn more about what you’re looking for and if you’re interested in finding off market opportunities, we could hook you up.
Your property and community tours are always excellent. Thank you Joe .
Too kind ☺️ thank you 🙏🏼

Great little street above Cliff Dr! I sold a home on the street a couple years ago. You may be talking about Roses Cafe, a Santa Barbara icon.
Nice
Thanks for watching, I appreciate you!

Love to hear that! As always appreciate you support, thank you and have a great weekend.
Lived in the Mesa close to the park/bluff. Then in Isla Vista during my UCSB years. Some of the best times of my life…
Thanks for sharing your experience.
Joe, that was fun and valuable information so cool! Thank you❤

Yeah, I remember as a kid going down to West Beach Fourth of July for the pits that was a great memory
We rented small sailboats for a chase around the harbour, and also yacht for a weekend escape to the Channel Islands. Best time of my life, so far😁
The islands are paradise, so pristine and beautiful.
I miss the Santa Barbara area.❤
Glad you had a chance to reminisce. Hope you make it back.
It's a nice place but been following on listings in this area for months...and...no inventory at all! :-(

The Mesa in Santa Barbara is not worth the money. Especially after 4 years of democrats causing high inflation.
Some hold that area in very high regard, but if you don’t love it nothing in SB is worth because of the premium year round temperate weather.
100% agree
