Thank you Joe for an amazing tour of the Mesa. Being that I was born and raised in S. B. and lived on Oliver rd until I moved to Paso Robles… I miss the old Mesa that I grew up in. So many of these houses have been totally changed and it does look beautiful. Your videos inspire me to win the lottery so I can move back and enjoy my hometown. ☝️😏 VERY NICE, price & address clearly displayed at the Beginning of house tour. I liked you picked an area with NO HILLS OR NARROW STREETS 😕,, being a old Gezzer I prefer flat walks with sidewalks. NOTE: there were areas of the video that blurred as you swung the camera around inside homes,, not sure if it was moving to fast or you need to upgrade your equipment.. Thank you for this one, looking forward to more like it 😁

How do you find the dates of your episodes or put them is sequential order? Also, updates on the status of these properties? I have been exploring the possibility of relocating to SB, but wish I had pulled the trigger 5 years ago, before the market soared! Still pondering and have found your videos thorough and extremely helpful. What day is your most current video released?
