Joe! This is one of your best presentations! The Mesa is one of my favorite locations in Santa Barbara. My Aunt and Uncle lived on Santa Cruz Blvd...just steps from thousand steps beach access. We would visit and stay with them during the summer vacations and holidays..way before the Shoreline Park was developed. There were eucalyptus groves and dirt parking lots right up yto the edge of the cliff. I visit the area regularly and still enjoy all of the shops and restaurants and views. Thanks for sharing!
It’s amazing. The best place you could really ever do community college in my opinion. Problem is cost of housing rentals they’re sparse an expensive. To share a room you will be looking at $900-$1200, maybe your own room for $1500-$1800. This is a challenge unless you had sponsorship or you make good money already…it can be tricky to self fund. There are good service jobs like in the restaurant industry where you earn tips and can make a decent living while in school.

You’re welcome thanks for watching and leaving a comment.
@@joesbparker of course!
Great, great video tour of the Mesa. Can’t wait to get back up there and check out the Mesa area. Thanks for the info.
Thank you! Please reach out if you’d like to discuss your housing needs. I’m your guy! 🤙
@@joesbparker thank you, will do.
MESA RATS! Plenty of good memories there.
Mesa rats VS Cito rats
Perfectly gorgeous gorgeous….that looks great, not sure if that’s the area. A small place close to town might be better for rentals. Thank you
There have been a lot of Air BnB on the Mesa but I hear the city is going to start policing it again because many operate without a permitS
Great video Joe!!
Thanks brother
My husband lives in the Mesa area at Borton Drive
Nice spot! I sold a sweet fixer with a big backyard last year on Borton. 🤙
And you don’t?
