Montecito is an amazingly QUIET, luxe area, love it!! …..and the chopped salad at the little cafe across from Pierre LaFond at San Ysidro and East Valley is wonderful!!

Takes a rare breed, but someone will buy it. I’m sure.

I agree with Bromi.. I could move right into 2868 E Valley Road. Great tour today, thanks Joe!

    🎉🎉🎉 OH MY 😮😊👍❗️
You could have done this entire video just on the 3rd Home and I would have loved it.
This home (not just a house)
Checks off all the boxes for me. From the beautiful home itself to the Mind blowing landscape.
$4.9 Million 😮😢, But if I could afford it I definitely would buy it.
The San Ysidro Ranch feeling is awesome. I worked there while I was in high school and absolutely loved it 😊 😊.
I’m trying to find the right words to describe it but I’m just stumped! It’s just about perfect for me.
Ok now I’ll finish the rest of this video.
That condo was a flop for me 😂😂.
Thank you guys and I’ll be waiting patiently for next week’s video.
    Blessings,Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸

Great tour once again Joe! Thanks for intuiting that you should walk from that condo down to the ocean no wonder you pay that high price for the H away like you said beautiful view. Oh my God I'd be there every day. For me personally any place I got must have two bathrooms. Loved all the homes definitely loved a 4.9 very charming but I really like the first home. If I'm being honest, I'm more of a modern type of gal I guess. I love also that you point out things like rocks in the ground could be as big as a house, and you just see the tip of the iceberg of one may be sticking out of the ground. Because I know many people like to do teardown, and rebuild their own home to their liking, especially if they're given plenty of acreage, so that's to be taken into consideration. Nothing better than having a cup of coffee and watching a tour of Montecito Santa Barbara Carpinteria with Joe. Thank you so much, Joe.❤

Another great house tour . I don’t think that was much of a beach at the last house to just that high price. Glad Bromi enjoyed Gold Coast. I live on the Redlands Coast, an hours drive North East of the Goldy. It really is a fun place, though I think Sunshine Coast is nicer. 😊

Yeah, that tide was super high that day. There is beach there when it’s not a extreme high tide.

Another treat on a warm sunny day in London. Thank you for another great tour! Great to have Romey back too.
Loved the 1st property so much. The flooring , the kitchen, so much natural lighting.. just amazing!
Looking forward to visiting this summer. Was thinking are you on tiktok? If not, you need to be! Would help your channel and content.

Another great tour Joe. You really need to spend a few hundred bucks and get a drone with a camera for some aerial shots of these gorgeous properties.

I really enjoy these videos. it’d be even better if you would slow down on your videoing. When you whip the camera around, it literally makes me dizzy.

#2 would not let filming inside? I saw some cheep lattice under the deck and a cheesy wire fence.......not looking ready for or prime time.

Where do people go after they sell a 12 million dollar home in Montecito ? Curious.

    • @joesbparker
      @joesbparker  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

It’s a moving target and a wide disparity between the highest and lowest ranked.
