Nice spot. The mudflow went down that street. Back in the day the Wine Grotto had a killer delis in the back and we would get sandwiches to eat on the wall after surfing. 🤙

I think population is predicted to peak in the next decade so hopefully that trend will change. Just don’t tell the economist.
