Ingredients
Oil - 2 tbl spoon
Urad dal - 1½ teaspoon
Onion - 1
Dry chilli - 5
Garlic cloves - 3
Tomato - 1
Small piece of tamarind
Grated coconut - 4 tbl spoon
Roasted gram (pottu kadalai) - ½ cup (Approx. 50 grams)
Mustard - ½ teaspoon
Curry leaves
Salt

Delicious! I love your recipes and I love the silence of no voice, no music, and just the natural sounds of cooking. Very Zen experience for viewer, and most soothing. I cannot emphasize enough that the lack of added noise from music and voice and just leaving in the natural cooking sounds makes this an exceptional video! Thank you for a great recipe!
PS - I would have added in the roasted channa dal before the coconut though.
