Cashews must be soaked at least 4hrs... Enjoy 🎉

It not only tells you your weight, but also your BMI and the really important stat of lean muscle mass. We never want to lose muscle when dropping weight bc it’s soooooo hard to build it back and the more muscle we have the more calories it takes to maintain them which is great bc we can eat more!!

I chose that in case we go out to eat in the evening . We sometimes go out with my son, daughter in law and my grandson . I love salmon .. I have a recipe for you .. I've been doing it since Feb 1, 2023 and have really enjoyed learning all about it. I downloaded the Fastic App. I have been closing my eating window at 7 pm and usually don't eat until around 2:00 pm. I've been really enjoying eating salads (especially with avocados) I've lost 25 lbs so far and super excited to keep going. I love eating dates with a pecan for a sweet treat. I'll have to get the Lily's choc. I'm excited for you and to know that we are doing the same thing.

Would love grocery hauls. Lillys chocolate chips are a wonderful thing. I often make chocolate covered strawberries with lily's chocolate chips. Melt one half bag of chips with a tbs of good coconut oil and use 1 clamshell of berries. If you really want to be fancy you can drizzle white chocolate on top. Refrigerate for a while so they harden
I love the sheet pan cooking! Have you ever tried chick peas on the sheet pan with olive oil? They are so good! Your kids eat the salmon? I’ve had the 90 second brown, white, jasmine and basmati rice. They are all good and so quick and easy!

Hi Amy, we must be on the same wavelength with chocolate and strawberries, I mean who doesn’t like chocolate and strawberries. My recipe is very similar, except to do a couple extra steps. Chocolate covered yogurt clusters.. You take 2 cups strawberries, cleaned and chopped in a cup of vanilla Greek yogurt and you mix them together or plain yogurt and you mix them to the completely covered. Then you take 2 to 3 tablespoons of a strawberry mixture into clusters and place them on to a parchment lined baking sheet and you freeze for 20 minutes . Then in a separate bowl, you melt chocolate chips and coconut oil 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and you melt in 2-3 30 second increments. Then you stir the coconut oil between increments till chocolate chips melted and smooth . Make sure you mix the chocolate chips in the increments coconut oil so that it combines together. Once the chocolate is melted, and the 20 minutes is up on the freezing of the clusters, you dip the clusters into the chocolate. the chocolate will form a shell on top of each one. You can add a sprinkle of sea salt if you desire and you can store any leftovers in the fridge for up to one week or in the freezer for up to one month. I hope you try it and I’m sure the kids will love it too ! Have a blessed day! 💕

My husband and I are retired and tend to eat a later dinner, but I'm going to tweak it and at least try to be finished by 7:30!

Amy you are looking great!! I do 4/20 IF. I was stalled at 8/16 so I moved it up tighter and it jump started my weight loss! Thought it would be hard but I stay pretty busy and do not even notice the time! Your meal’s all looked so yummy. I may have to try your Tahini sauce! And that desert is one I do also.. I sometimes use plain greek yogurt with some PB, Coconut (unsweetened), and some berries! YUM!

I am a horrible eater. I only eat junk food. Don't eat vegetables or fruits so it is horrible. But I plan on trying new things, either I will like them or hate them but I have to try them. Thank you Amy for sharing your meal of the day. I have been struggling myself with weight loss. But the only way I know I will lose weight is working out, so I am on the treadmill daily again. I am a horrible eater. I only eat junk food. Don't eat vegetables or fruits so it is horrible. But I plan on trying new things, either I will like them or hate them but I have to try them. Your salad looked so good so I will start with that little by little. Thank your or the encouragement. You look amazing. Keep it up and please continue to share new recipes. Ana
